My husband and I had a great experience here. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. When we told the sales associate what we were looking for he took us straight to it, he didn’t linger and make us uncomfortable. We wandered the showroom trying all the furniture and landed on one we liked. There was no unwanted pressure to buy. There were no gimmicks or add ons. We picked our delivery date and couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience.

I was looking at furniture for my home I’m moving to and at first no one here took my fiancée and I seriously since we look so young. They just treated us like we were wasting their precious time.
Next think I disliked is the lady trying to sell us the furniture completely blocked me out as if I didn’t come into the store and my fiancée was the whole focal point. The only time I came into the conversation is when she said make sure he doesn’t turn this into a bachelor pad of his.
Little did she know she could have made a big profit from us but her demeanor came off badly on us. The prices here are in a okay range if you want something not too pricey. I just didn’t prefer anything they had here not to mention the tacky lady. I could have went on about how she did other unprofessional things in front of my fiancée but I won’t since I’m not sure it’s Unilocal appropriate.
I will just look in other places that meets our furniture needs for now.

Save yourself a headache and keep looking elsewhere for your furniture!!! From the moment our piece was ordered, it was one disappointment after another. Our «guarantee» date passes 3 weeks before our furniture was delivered. every time we called to inquire, it was someone else’s fault; warehouse supplier, shipper, manufacturer. How can they stay in business with such a horrible supply chain, they should be embarassed but instead they just keep taking orders. when we finally got notice that it had arrived, we had no choice of time slot it would be delivered and had an important appointment elsewhere, they were unable to help here either. When we let them know that we would spread the word about their deplorable service standards to friends, the BBB and Angie’s list they said they didn’t care and they couldn’t please everyone. well, it seems that they are out to please NO ONE so hear my warning… this company will not go out of their way to provide quality customer service!!! Unless you want the crappy $ 100 gift card to their unreliable overpriced store where no one cares about you, move on!!!

I went to this store looking for wall units. While I was inquiring about stock availability, the saleswoman took the price tags and went to check for me. When she came back, she had switched the price to a higher price. She did this THREE times taking prices from $ 1199 to $ 1499 among other instances. It didn’t actually sink in what she was doing until after I got into my car to review my notes.
This is deplorable and they will not be getting another penny of my business.
