Gamestop

This is my new favorite GameStop location! I’ve been here before and it was nothing special but apparently something changed around the first of the year because the store has done a total 180. It is now clean and well organized, staff is great, and they go above and beyond to help the customer. I was informed about my power up reward points and that I could use them for money off or to buy gift cards, gas cards, etc. Heck yeah, buddy!
Amazing store. There is one closer but I’ll gladly make the extra drive for great service. Love this place!

I’ve been here a couple of times with my boyfriend to look at some items or pick up free, limited edition pokemon (yes, really) and it’s been a good experience each time. However, last night’s experience really takes the cake for me!
I went right after work to get $ 10 from the ATM. I needed 10 1’s, which of course is not an option. I went to Petco for something semi-​unrelated, they couldn’t do it. I was going to go into Chipotle, but my boyfriend suggested Gamestop.
The cashier was SO nice! She not only made change for me, she also engaged us in a funny conversation, even though we were clearly not there to buy anything. Because she was so awesome, we will definitely be back (and not just when they’re offering rare promotional pokemon, or whatever). Really outstanding customer service!

Customer service here is great. However selection is not a good compared to other Gamestops.
