BED BUGS.
Our complex got bed bugs and they did nothing about it so we left. They were everywhere.
Before that our heat didn’t work pretty much all winter and it took a month for someone to come fix it.
Broke again and took another week for someone to come fix it.
Our shower broke too and it never got fixed.
Don’t live here. They tried to add on extra charges that I had to ask them to remove too.

After living in this place for 4 yerars, I finally left here because my new job in California. This is a great place.
1) Good locaiton: close to Kroger and not far from Walmart. close to asian markets (huaxin, dongxin, and japanese), and there are also many good restaurants nearby.
2) Good service. Maintanence requests can always be processed in a timely manner.
3) The rent price is usually cheaper than the neighborhood community. Sometimes I can get some free fast food (breakfast or dinner) provided by this community.
4) When I move out, I did not get any penalty at all but some refund.
Here are some aspects that I don’t like. During the 4 years I lived, the rent was increased around $ 40 – 50 every year. Laundry rooms may not be in the same block, so you may have to drive.

I wish I didn’t even have to give this place 1 star. It is by far the worst apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio. I’m counting down the days until I can move out of this place. You will not be taken care of if you live here.
