I’ve been practicing with GoYoga for about a year — usually at the Upper Arlington or Powell studio. The Worthington studio is new — and I’m so glad it’s here! Much more convenient. It can be a little tough to find, it shares a parking lot with the Crafty Pint. The studio is located in the plaza. Head in and it’s upstairs to the left. It’s a warm, cozy space and there typically aren’t more than 12 – 15 people in a class. All of the instructors I’ve had have been wonderful, though I particularly like taking classes with Kelsey and Addie. You can book classes online and it gives you a brief overview of what the class is like, how warm the room is, and the difficulty level. There’s a class for everybody — though I think most classes are Vinyasa style.

Attended a drop in class. The room was warm 80 degrees. I can’t handle the high heat but a little warmth was perfect. The instructor was great very friendly! She didn’t move to fast, so we really had a chance to feel the stretch. I like that they offer morning and afternoon classes most places only offer a few times they had great options that fit my schedule.
