I started coming here because sport clips stylists suck. These stylists do a thousand times better. Although, I should mention that one of their stylists hands smell like cigarettes and she forgot to line me up on a certain spot. She’s the only one that isn’t very good. However, the rest are really good. They listen to what you want. The pretty blonde one, she’s the best one! I like how they’re all trendy.

I visit here every two weeks and always leave satisfied. I usually check-​in using their app on my iPhone. It also helps with knowing the wait times also. I have yet to encounter a rude stylist. Just visited today, 26 July 15 and left satisfied. I will continue to visit this location as long as I reside in the area.

It’s all about getting you in and out. Don’t expect results when all they care about is getting your haircut completed ASAP. «Going the extra mile» is not a part of their business model

Worst experience at a salon ever. They don’t give you a time frame of how long it will take, I left after an hour and a half of waiting. They also had a stylist having some sort of episode dripping sweat from her face while cutting hair. Ew

One lady told me «your face is too fat for what you want» and the Manager refused to give me layers! My mom has been working for Great Clips in indiana for years and is in management — she would never treat her customers like that ! Don’t waste your money or time!
