Awesome customer service! Elizabeth helped me find everything I needed. I had a terrible day due to rude discriminating comments elsewhere and this gal was so kind it really turned my day around. When I got home, going through my bag I found a lovely note that stated: «it was a pleasure helping you tonight. Remember, never let other people’s opinions have any bearing on your opinion of yourself!» I’d say that is far above and beyond what is expected of a customer service representative. They have earned my loyal business… and I must say, I do shop a lot! They even got my boyfriends approval… he stated, «I like them, you can shop there… sometimes» :-) anyways, overall awesome experience!
