IHOP

IHOP is IHOP and will never be gourmet food, but it was tasty and filling, and our waiter William was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and the entire staff was friendly and outgoing. All in all, a very nice breakfast.

Super hit or miss on «smell» test when walking into IHOP as they still have carpet in their dining rooms (ugh!). Odor here was under control, ie didnt smell like dirty socks as is case with other IHOP’s we’ve experienced.
Running special right now where kids eat free 4−10pm. Thats great!
Went with eggs, sirloin tips dish. Fantastic given the price of $ 9.99.
IHOP has always been consistent for me on quality of food relative to economical price. However, I’ve had to walk out of some due to stank of carpet. I hope they will embrace current trends and stop building locations with carpet that often wreaks due to all the spillage dumped upon it.

Exactly what I expected for eating at a breakfast place like this. If you come during breakfast hours, especially during the weekend, it’s going to be loud, busy, and crowded. This does not bother me because it’s reasonable to expect when dining at IHOP during those times. My waitress was very busy but she was doing the best that she could. She immediately apologized for my wait and took my order. She was polite the whole time and you could tell she was scrambling from table to table to try and make everyone happy. A little patience, understanding, and politeness goes a long way. The restaurant was clean and the food was great at a reasonable price. This was my fourth or fifth time eating at this particular IHOP.

Walked in at 1:55 was not spoken to until 2:00. I was the only one waiting to be seated. Employees made eye contact a few times but never spoke at 2:00 I was finally seated and told Kee Kee would be my server. At 2:05 Kee Kee hadn’t come out of the kitchen to speak to me or check on her tables. A one star rating is too high but it’s the lowest you can rate a place. If the owners had been here this would’ve never happened. It would’ve been understandable had the place been busy. That wasn’t the case though. I will not be going back.

Three mornings in a row I ordered breakfast to go. And every morning they somehow messed up my order. Also. The staff… especially the blonde, are incompetent to no avail. Horribly managed IHOP

Had lunch here with a soldier who was dying for pancakes. Food and Service were fine. A piece of cheese at bottom of husbands mug, could have been from his food. One of my better IHOP experienced

This restaurant is in North Columbus, so it’s cleaner and located conveniently off the ⁸⁰⁄₂₂. Unfortunately, it seems IHOP is downsizing their portions. Their food is physically smaller (less that 5″ diameter), the bacon is almost 3″ long, and their coffee mugs are approximately 6 oz. Maybe it was just a fluke, but the coffee carafe wasn’t filled but halfway. I couldn’t refill my mug 3 times before the carafe was empty.
I had a breakfast combo, which was tasty but not hot and not presented very well (eggs were plated upsidedown, french toast & pancakes were so cold the butter wasn’t melted). My wife got a sandwich, which also seemed to have cooled-​down before before being brought out.
The service was prompt, even though they were quite busy. The server was courteous and knowledgable of the menu, she was able to answer our questions without asking anyone else.
We’d go here more except the portions are so small. Other breakfast restaurants provide more food (just as tasty) for the same price and put effort into presentation, so it’s not worth going to IHOP anymore.

You can’t ruin a pancake but don’t try them for much more than breakfast. I am a former soldier and have had better lunches and dinners in any mess hall.

Very conveniently located to plenty of shopping and hotels. Other than location, this IHOP does not stand out much from any others. This particular store is usually very busy and there is often a bit of a wait before being seated, especially on weekends, but they usually keep things moving pretty quickly.

Same old food. The same as other location.
Service can do a little faster, then again at night they are operating with less crew/​staff.
The very good thing about it is that i can walk to the restaurant… Its like 2 mins walk from my hotel.

Nothing new nothing surprising. Chain place with no originality. Food good but not great
