Wonderful service and the sushi was excellent. Try the speciality sushi. The presentation on the plate is top notch. We didn’t try the hibachi but definitely will at some point.

Amazing Sushi place tucked away in a strip mall. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive and the restaurant was clean. The prices are really good for what you get. The jalapeño appetizer was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Columbus.

Great Service and Great food! My Wife and I have become regulars here! The steak and scallop hibachi with philly and air force roll has become a weekly thing for me. Mmmmmmmmm! A+

In the area so I stopped by for an early lunch, first visit to this location. I got the lunch sushi special w miso soup added. The miso soup was hot and delicious, as always. The sushi came out really fast, good presentation. The spicy salmon had just the right amount of heat and the snow crab was excellent, everything was fresh and delicious. Jessica did a great job looking after everyone, as the lunch crowd came in quickly and the place filled up. Great service and excellent food, I will be back to this location again.

I went here to decompress after a long work day. I got sat right away, service was excellent.
They had a Christmas special which included 2 sushi rolls and 4 others, a total of 12 pieces of sushi, and a Sapporo beer all for $ 16.99!
Everything was wonderful! I will be returning next time I’m in Columbus Georgia!

Awesome service, great food, kept food coming, pictures have been posted great presentation. No wait, really hope this place gets more business from Unilocal,we are from out of town and decided to visit the area’ made most of our choices through tell.

The server, Ian, was courteous and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and provided a good service. We had salmon sashimi. Salmon was very fresh and good. The plate presentation was below average. One radish cut into the shape of a flower. The sushi laid on one leaf across the center of the plate. We had salad and onion soup as our starter. The onion soup was missing the mushrooms. I was told they were out of mushrooms. There were maybe five specs of onion in the soup. I had to ask the server to please bring more scallions and dried onions. We had fillet mignon and scallops with carrot, onion, zucchini, Broccoli and fried rice. The fried rice was severely lacking. The egg was not cut properly with an entire chunk in the center of the rice. Rice did not have any vegetables in it. The rice had a very over cooked taste to it. Even my eight-​year-​old said Rice did not taste good without me having any influence on her comment. All of the vegetables were severely over cooked. Broccoli was yellow. I mentioned to the cook that the Broccoli had lost its color because it was so over cooked. The cook did offer us some new and different sauces to try. The food was priced the same, if not more, as a Japanese restaurant that cooks the food to order in front of you (which I feel justifies a higher food price for the experience). I believe the cost of the meal was too high given the ambience (which felt like a Mexican restaurant with a Sunkist clock on the wall & other non-​high end décor). We will not go back based on on this experience. For the price we paid we could have gone to another Japanese restaurant, paid less money, got better food, and a show.

SHOWGUN don’t have anything on this place, everything we ordered was delicious, we will definitely book mark this place…

Just had my birthday dinner here and it was great! Had the red dragon roll for the first time and it won’t be the last time I order that! Just know the special rolls are HUGE! Had way too much food. They surprised me with a birthday cheese cake that was so good! The service was excellent for a large group.

Amazing sushi and environment!!!
The sushi here is really delicious and tasty not forgetting that the decoration on the plates is amazing!!! First time here but I will definitely go back for more! This place has a really good sushi, the waitress are really friendly and are willing to help you with any questions regarding the menu so you can get the best dish to satisfy your taste buds. I order the «The last Samurai, Vegas Roll, and the Super Crunch» they were all delicious and you can order Miso soup with it amazing! If you’re in the neighborhood go ahead and try your favorite sushi roll or be adventurous and try a new one :) love this place

Amazing lunch special! Miso soup and a specialty roll for 8.50! I have had 3 different rolls in three different days. All were absolutely delicious. The service is also quick, friendly and efficient. If you enjoy amazing sushi, go! The hibachi also looks great!

Still the best sushi in Columbus Ga, probably the best sushi since we were stationed in Hawaii! Last night we had the Beauty on Fire… So beautiful and my husband couldn’t stop thanking the owner for the suggestion!!!

I had the hurricane and Air Force roll, both rolls were delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be heading back very soon!

Finally! Great sushi on the north side! Came for lunch to try it out and was very happy with the presentation and freshness. The staff was very attentive and the portions were way above par. I had the sashimi appetizer (would make a meal in itself) and the red dragon roll. Again can’t say enough about this restaurant.

Amazing sushi! My husband and I visited and the waiter showed us an amazing dragon roll that wasn’t even on the menu. I was so happy with this place, clean environment, great staff and AMAZING food. So glad we tried it, we are sure to return!

This is a new location of the downtown Samurai restaurant. Extremely clean, nice, and well-​designed. Staff is AWESOME and food is even better than downtown. At a recommendation from our server, we ordered the My Lovely roll and I highly highly recommend it. My fiancé got his go-​to crunch roll and loved it. We got a dessert sushi roll with cantaloupe, strawberry, and banana in it. It sounds weird but tastes amazing! We will definitely be back to this location.
