We just needed to have our truck unloaded after our long haul from New York City. When I spoke with Integrity on the phone, they sounded great, and assured me there would be no surprises. The men who showed up were fine, no problems there. But upon completion we were charged an extra $ 129 one-​hour travel fee. If we were way out in the middle of nowhere, maybe this would be almost semi-​reasonable, but we’re in the middle of Columbus, just a block off N. High. The travel fee for the movers we used in New York was only $ 50. I regret that in my exhaustion and fatigue, I did not argue this ridiculous charge before paying it. I would be wary of hiring these guys.

Seriously. I have rarely been this happy about the service I was provided. From the easy quote, to the scheduling, to the efficient, respectful guys that moved me… this place is aces.
They moved me from a 3 bedroom house in Merion Village to a 4 bedroom house in Westgate in 3 hours and 15 minutes (including travel time). This was 3 hours less than my estimate. If I ever need movers again (and I pray to Jesus that I don’t), I will definitely be calling these guys.
