Island Noodles

They make the food fresh, it tastes great and you never have to wait very long, even at really busy festivals. That’s really all there is to it.

At the Columbus food truck festival and we walked all around before making a decision. These guys definitely had something no one else was serving. I added chicken and splash of siracha. The veggies were definitely the best part. They were fresh and crisp. The crunch they gave added a completely different dimension. I was excited to get a non taco item. I hope under these guys out in cbus again!

Ate at this food truck during GenCon this year in Indianapolis, IN. Amazing food and a fast moving line make this food truck a definite hit!
For $ 9 I had a large container of well-​seasoned and perfectly stir-​fried Soba noodles, complete with fresh veggies and a delicious garlic sauce, covered in a thick layer of teriyaki chicken. It was so good I came back the next day to eat it again; this time through I asked for extra chicken, which they happily heaped on for an extra $ 1.
The line was easily the fastest of more than 2 dozen food trucks, which was the result of a simple, no-​frills menu, cash only transactions, and the fast moving crew. Everyone on the team moved with a sense of purpose to get orders out as fast as possible, and the chef was very skilled on the wok.
I will definitely be looking to eat from these guys again. Keep up the good work!

Tastiness in a cardboard box. For about $ 8 you can get a huge serving of teriyaki chicken served over stir-​fried noodles with veggies, served in a tall container.
I first discovered Island Noodles at the 2013 Columbus Arts Festival. Mainly I was drawn by the smell. They stir-​fry the noodles over huge woks, and the sight and smell is just amazing. For $ 8 this was on par with the prices of other festival foods, but this is way healthier and tastier. Anyone can deep-​fry something and make it taste good, this place takes healthy food and makes it AWESOME. Highly recommend you try this place if you have the chance!
