Jimmy John’s

Really disappointed in this Jimmy Johns. When they first opened they were amazing! Now, not so much. We are a large family and placed an order, each of requesting a small change via the online service. We didn’t get what was requested and not one of us had bread that was easy to bite into. Hard bread when expecting soft is extremely upsetting. I don’t know why the were not on their A game but if the next time we order the food doesn’t taste right we will be switching sub shops. It’s disappointing since we order from here ALOT!!!

Normally this place is excellent but the one young man that took my order on 05÷09÷15 was god awful. He didn’t relay the total, didn’t understand my order and dropped my change all over the place without a sorry or you need help to retrieve it. I don’t wanna destroy this place for one bad seed because generally they are very customer oriented but this guy has to have better training. He is not pleasant and the fifth avenue location will get my business from now even though this location is only 2 miles away. It’s a shame that training can destroy a business. I may try this location in 6 – 8 months.

This location is brand new. It is in an extremely awkward location behind/​beside Walmart off of Georgesville Road and 270. The parking lot is set up kind of strange.
We ate dinner here recently and we were the only customers in the whole joint the whole time we were there. There were probably 10 people working, including delivery drivers who just stood around the whole time we were there. They were clearly bored out of their minds, the people in the back kept dropping huge pots and pans and laughing (freaking LOUD!)…
It was your average run of the mill Jimmy John’s. If you’ve had it once, this is the same as the other locations.
We asked about their delivery area. We love JJ’s and have been super excited about one opening up near us and would LOVE delivery. Well… their delivery area is about ONE square mile around the restaurant. Which would be mostly businesses/​warehouses. We were told this was so they could assure «Super fast» delivery. I would be willing to wait 10 minutes for a delivery, since we live like 3 miles away from the shop! Perhaps they’ll expand the delivery area later???
