For the most part the staff is pretty cool, there’s a ponytail guy who’s been there for a long time, definitely knows what he’s doing. My mochas are always consistent and yummy. However, there’s a black chick who works the drive-thru who’s a total bitch. Everytime I come through she looks like she hates her life, her job, and the entire world. If she hates her job so damn much, then she ought to do us big favor and quit. I’m surprised she hasn’t been fired by now.

I am very surprised by the nice staff reviews. This location had the rudest employees I’ve seen at a Starbucks. If I could give zero stars I would. I go to this location because it’s close to work but dread this stop every day. Ugh! There is a Walmart right behind this store, they all need to go there and pick themselves up a personality.

The folks at this location are always really nice, BUT if you get behind even just one person at the drive thru, get ready for a 10+ minute wait. They are miserably slow. This is an every day thing. It’s actually a running joke between my fiancé and I. It would be nice to stop by on my way to work as the location is really convenient and close to the highway, but unless I have an extra 20 minutes to wait around for a cup of average coffee, I’m not going to stop.

Pretty nice little location. The drive through part is strange but when I’ve gone the staff is very friendly. I always go for the Chai tea, and recently switched to soy milk. It is SO good. It always is, thats why they can charge so much… Also, if you’ve never tried their scones you should, always very tasty!
