Our orders are often wrong, but they are fast and all their sandwiches are good. We have tried most of them, and even if they send the wrong sandwich, or leave something off, at least it’s good, fresh food.

I did not see the reviews on this place till after I had already got my food. And let me tell you the store is lucky that it even has two stars. The food is horrible. I felt like I was going to throw up in my mouth. It was the most plain sandwich ever. The server didn’t even ask if we would like anything else on the sandwich. Before throwing the shitty sandwich in the bag and charging me for something I would feed my dogs. I have been to other jimmy johns in Colorado and this one by far is the worse

Another terrible experience. It took 22 minutes to place 4 small orders! Then we find out hey have been charging a delivery fee on top of our order… hmmm we tip the delivery person from 1 – 2 bucks depending on what we have. One order had wheat bread(which is not deli wheat but from a loaf) we had to pay an extra .50 nickle diming us to death. One lady had to cancel her order as she was paying with cash and the extra charges made her $ 4.75 sandwich become $ 7.25. Insane. I called back to speak with a manager and reflecting back believe I was duped because a true manager would show some concern for our concerns. In the past we have ordered and our orders are screwed up one way or another but we have tolerated it because we are busy working and did not want to drive there. If we had to drive we would be driving elsewhere and WILLNOTEVER order from there again. I even told the manager this who did not seem concerned at all. DONOTORDERFROMTHEM!

My biggest complaint is the fact that they boast about their delivery service, but can’t however deliver 4 miles down the road. We have 2 locations here in Columbus and neither will deliver downtown. Our downtown area is one of the busiest areas in this city, so they must know how much business they losing by not simply going 4 miles down the road(from either location). I actually like their mediocre sandwiches, they get the job done. Maybe if they could back up their campaign on their delivery service and just go the extra mile(literally), they would find they have a lot of potential business they are missing out on.

This particular JJ’s gets a 3-Star rating due to overall experience. All JJ’s are usually short on the small talk(which I am OK with!), but this one seemed extra heads down, another problem served. and it was a relatively slow Tuesday lunch rush. I asked for the sliced bread over sub roll, which is always excellent, and I could sense the wrench in the stew. but then I seemed to be the idiot for not knowing that I was order number 12, but I wasn’t told, and didn’t get my receipt. All good, because I knew the Italian Night & jalepenó Jimmy’s chips w/a Cherry Coke never disappoints, and it didn’t.I got the wrong sandwich! They apologized, quickly made me the correct one, and I got to business on my meal. Now let me say this. I LOVE Jimmy Johns, but is seems very hit or miss dependent upon location, season, etc. As one of JJ’s biggest fans, I’d only like to see a little more consistency, but aside from that, «keep it freaky» guys!

SUCKS!!! Thats the word I would use for this place!!! Several times I’ve ordered from there at work, they were great at first. Then my order got«forgotten» TWICE! When I called they made excuses and then would offer to bring it. Thanks but after a couple of hours of waiting, you might as well skip that meal and wait for the next! This past Saturday me and the salon I work at made a $ 50 order to have delivered, after an hour passed I called to make sure they didn’t just FORGET the order like in the past!(Since they pride themselves on freky fast delThey assured me they didn’t forget, they just had a rush and didn’t have time to make ours. Excuse me? NOTOURPROBLEM! After calling an hour after the order was placed and it still wasn’t there it took them ANOTHERHOUR to bring our food! If you can’t hang on a busy Saturday then DONTOFFERDELIVERY!!! All that say if I can help it I won’t ever eat here again!!! And I definitely will not order from there and get delivery! And I’m going to spread the word to all my clients to never count on y’all for any lunch deliveries. Horrible horrible horrible service!!! Never again!!! Wish I could have given 0 stars! You suck!

While working in Columbus the past two months we have ordered from Jimmy John’s multiple times, each time the staff has screwed up the order by sending the wrong sandwich, Missing items on the sandwich, Missing drinks and pickles. If you order from this establishment please check your order before your delivery person leaves! When I called to bring this to the attention of the Manager I was left on hold for over 5 minutes and given excuses. Strike Three your out Jimmy Johns! There are other places to order from in Columbus Georgia

Only go if you want to get jipped and ripped off the hunter club I got only had 2 slices of meat. What a joke. and they are no longer fast took 45 minutes for the food… They have sucked for a long time but I cant take it anymore. I hoped they would redeem themselves to there former glory but I now know the only hope for this place will get better is for them to go out of business… Lets do it COLUMBUS Lets make the town better and make them shut this down so a good restaurant can go there that cares about quality and their customers because they sure don’t!
