Columbus, OH 43 228 Location… I have given this place chance after chance to prove they are worth my money! They are cocky and rude and they never get my order right, Never! They will treat you like a liar if you tell them they got it wrong and get mean with you. I always spend 40 or over but most times its closer to 60 dollars an order! You would think they could get the order right for someone who orders from them all the time and always has a nice order. I always tip well, any where in the range of 5 – 10 dollars an order. I am done with this location! They will never get another dime from me at this location, Very very rude. Had the driver come back and get the old sub I ordered and then wouldn’t send another until they checked the sub he picked up so I was left waiting over 2 hours for my food. I am done! I will never go to any other location except the hilltop location on Sullivant Avenue, The Sullivant Avenue location is always polite and get the order right every time!

Great pizza!!! I started working down the street from this location and decided to try it. I ordered the «Topper» pizza. It’s packed with pepperoni. You don’t need to order extra cheese because there is a ton of cheese on it. Great sauce, also. I highly recommend!!!

Ordered a pizza over an hour and forty minutes ago. Called an hour after order they said they were on their way. An hour an forty minutes we called and they said they don’t deliver to us. I’ve had this happen twice now at different locations that are less than 5miles away from my location. Very upset and will never try to order from this company again. Don’t lie to your customers!!!

I just threw away $ 16.98 on a small topper pizza and a ham and cheese
was not baked all the way, and the sub, we’ll just say the best part was the bun.
I decided to use my credit today that you had issued to me. I ordered a large topper and told the young lady to «slow bake «the pizza. Once again the pizza was undercooked and my wife finished baking the pizza in our oven, very embarrassing for our friends who were visiting. Sorry to say, but I will no longer be ordering from your restaurant anymore, after 15 years I deserve better then this !!!

I’ve ordered from this Joseppi’s several times. Most times the pizza’s been decent, but I will no longer be a customer or recommend this place because of what I experienced tonight.
I used their online tool to order a single, 2 topping pizza at 7:05 p.m. and the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, I called to check status and the manager quickly muttered, «sorry for your wait ma’am, it will be there soon.» …that’s it. I then asked if it was on it’s way and was told it would be another 15 – 20 minutes.
Long story short, we called 15 minutes later to cancel the order and made it clear we would not pay for the pizza… the driver still showed up at 8:52 p.m. (sorry his manager didn’t communicate the message) and we turned the order away.
There was no attempt from the manager to save face, only a comment about how busy they were. Sorry — practically 2 hours for 1 pizza is unacceptable. A lesson in the basics of customer service is in line. Even this guys comments to unsatisfied customers on Unilocal doesn’t cut it. Reputation is everything.
Regarding «Chuck T’s» response to my review: Not a single cuss word was uttered on either phone call we placed. Amazing the things some people resort to when a little damage control up front could have prevented the entire ordeal. …and, not to worry — we (nor anyone else who listens to our experience and sees how you responded to it) will be doing business with your company again.

I arrived in the late afternoon which was post lunch crowd and pre dinner crowd. I was the only one in the place. I was very apprehensive upon entering. The carpets that were red at one time were now black with dirt and quite a few rips. It looks like a mess. The few pizzas underneath the heat lamps at the buffet were looking as dry as could be. I braved it and grabbed a sub to go. It was ok. I would say that renovations are certainly needed. Customer service was fine.

I use to love this place… I don’t know what happened but they have gone WAY down hill. The last two times I’ve been in there, the service was terrible. I placed my order online, site said it would be ready at 8:15. I walked in at 8:15, they promptly took my name and charged me for the order, then said it would be a few more minutes. A few minutes turned into 20, they finally handed me my food at 8:35, after I stood there waiting for 20 minutes. This is the second time this has happened. Sadly, they have lost a good customer, we will never order from them again.

This spot has went downhill. I haven’t been back to any of their locations in almost a year and a half because I gave it 3 last chances to win me back over. The last 3 pizzas were not done all the way, they were very doughy in the center. They put it in for a few more minutes and it would burn the crust! That is what went on for me the last 3 times. I sent a Facebook message asking why is this going on and they never responded to mine, but they answered everyone else’s compliments on the Facebook post message part, shame on them for skipping mine. By the way, I ordered the topper the last 3 times and yuck!!!

Well. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but, it wasn’t anything great. we might go and try them again

Just like franchise pizza but not as good, very Dominos-​ish, Pizza Hut is better than this. Very salty meat. They don’t have a real pizza oven, it’s a conveyor belt type of oven (like Burger King makes hamburgers with but without the smoke flavor.) I visit Columbus often but I won’t be back to this place, Wendy’s would have been a better choice, at least it’s cheap.

Very good pizza. Not my favorite but still good. They have been around for a long time and are still there. Also they have a very solid and faithful clientele.
I came here for the first tIm a few years ago and returned after a friend mentioned them again and decided to go there.
I would definitely go back there again.

Yummy! Delicious specialty pizzas (but they are not cheap) and a affordable lunch buffet. I love the meat lovers pizza. Nice if u want an eat-​in experience with friends.

Ok, so funny story. The first time I saw this place is when I was living on the west side and I kept seeing the sign for the location on W. Broad. Obviously there is a very large Hispanic population in that part of town, and the lettering makes it look more like Jose Ppi’s than Joseppi’s. So I assumed it was some Hispanic guy named Jose, making pizza ppi’s, who thought it would be catchy to miss-​spell the word pie. Luckily a co-​worker started telling me about his favorite pizza from when he was younger called Joseppi’s, and I was able to put 2 and 2 together.
Anyways, on to the review! Joseppi’s serves your basic Midwestern thin crust pizza, breadsticks, salads, etc. They have salami as an option for a topping which is a big plus in my book after living in NY for a while where everybody does it. Their sauce is well flavored, their cheese and toppings are good, the crust is nice and crispy, but not too crispy. Their salads are fresh. Your basic pizza shop salads with pepperoni and mozzarella on top. The breadsticks are basic, but soft and chewy and good dipped in their sauce. I have come here probably 10 – 15 times, and always get friendly service. It’s not a full service restaurant, but they will bring the food out to you. They also have a lunch buffet, which is pretty good as long as they are busy so they will keep bringing out fresh pizzas, although they don’t have any more than 4 or 5 out at a time, but they do consider special requests when it comes time to pop another in the oven.
When all is said and done, this is one of the best Midwestern syle pizza places in Columbus!
