Fair warning: if you buy a wallet from Kate Spade and it rips a week after you purchase it because it is defective, they will not reimburse you — they will only issue a credit to be used at the store. How wrong of me to assume that $ 98 wallets shouldn’t be complete pieces of crap.

I love Kate Spade enough that even without sales reps being a factor I would come to this shop. Though I must say it’s a HUGE plus that every time I’ve come through the doors I’ve been greeted by friendly sales associates who offered their assistance but never in a way that was overwhelming or pushy. They allow me to peruse literally EVERYTHING & let the merchandise do the talking.
I recently brought a Kate Spade watch I ordered online to them requesting it be sized. They made sure it fit just right and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely continue coming here!

I basically walked in and said «nothing pink». Within seconds, the staff was all over me with some seriously beautiful goodies. Very great people and so nice to have a store near me!

Do I love Kate Spade shoes — duhhhh!!! Do I love Kate Spade Clothing — Yep! So when I found they had a shop open here at Easton I did my happy happy joy joy dance. The staff was very helpful as I tried on a dress I had been eyeballing through the window and they even brought me in several pairs of shoes to try on with the dress.
When they brought in the cardigan that went fantastic with the dress I knew I was heading for a plastic meltdown so I politely asked for a card with the name of the dress on it and will go back when hopefully it is reduced some.
But those pumps with the chunky heel and bow on the toe — SWOON!!!
