I went in just to see what they were about and I will say they have very nice accommodating staff and weird heavy drapery dressing rooms… it’s just that their stuff just isn’t for me. Their things look pretty nice they just seemed way over priced to me especially since their affiliate is on the other end of the mall and has denim etc. for sometimes better pricing.
Their clothing is much more casual and I would say geared towards a younger buyer. I’m more of a JCrew person but pop your head in and see if it is for you.

I went to the Madewell in NYC and bought a pair of their bootlegger jeans – I fell in love. Since then, I’ve been wanting to buy a new pair, but I’m hesitant to buy on line. When this store opened in Columbus, I was so there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was convinced that I wanted another pair of bootlegger, but they only had a dark wash. An employee convinced me to try their rail straight jeans, and they were just as awesome as the bootlegger. She did a good job of making a sale, but not in the obnoxious way some places do. Granted, they are pretty expensive, but they did have a pretty decent sale going on for some of their shirts and sweaters. I will be back to buy more jeans… but not too soon because these jeans ARE made well, and do not fall apart or lose their color/​texture (I’ve had my first pair for 2 years and they’re still impeccable).
