Do not order something online to pickup in store. They keep your items in different locations in the store and run around trying to find them when you come to pick them up. They have no clue. There’s no organizational system and all your items could be in various places.
We waited for 45 mins to pick up items because they couldn’t find them. We saw the worker that was helping us, Christina, walk out the back door with cigarettes in her hand and on her cell phone.
They said they couldn’t find what I ordered and had to cancel it. I walked right over to the shelf and got my items myself and purchased at the front counter.
I had to wait a week from
to be reimbursed for the items they «could not find.»

Used to love Kohls, but the one in Columbus left me disappointed. The staff was rude– especially the woman in customer service who «helped» (see: did not help) me. Lost my receipt so she «offered» me $ 2 for a pair of jeans with a $ 48 price tag– based on some policy of the lowest price within the past whatever length of time– in every kohls in the world. Wouldn’t let me exchange, either, unless I found something for the exact price– not a penny over or under– which nothing was.
May be store policy but it’s a dumb policy, and woman’s attitude was that I was bothering HER by taking her away from her conversation with her friend– to do her job.
On the bright side– at least they weren’t messy like Old Navy. So for having that act together anyway.
