It could’ve gone better. The exam was great, Dr. Mason is very thorough and friendly, he explained everything well and I was impressed. The problem is the lack of help. I waited about 10 minutes before getting seen, about 15 – 20 minutes before anyone was able to fit me for my glasses, then I waited another 15 – 20 minutes before someone could fit my son for his glasses, we spent 2.5 hours AND over $ 500 on his exam, my exam, our glasses and lenses (with our insurance). We were then told to go back in about an hour and our glasses would be finished. We went back a little over an hour later (after having lunch) and were told they were running behind, it’d be another 30 minutes. That’s not ok. So we waited and finally my son and I decided we couldn’t wait any longer and as we were walking out the door they let us know that his glasses were done. I have it 3 stars because I can’t rate 2.5 stars. They had a great selection of glasses and I received them the same day, I recommend planning for about 3 hours of your day here, and when you include lunch and drive time, go ahead and take a half day PTO.

The staff here is so kind! I made a last minute appointment because I ran out of contacts (oops). They got me in quickly and I didn’t even have to wait to go back! The staff explained each step to me before puffing air or flashing lights into my eyes. The eye doctor was also really helpful at explaining the procedures he was doing and fitted me for contacts. They even found a great rebate deal for my contacts! This is why they have me coming back every year!
