Starbucks

I love the new and improved location. The drive thru has been such a great addition! It looks like it gets backed up a lot but the servers there are so quick at their job that you really don’t have to wait long. At least i don’t mind it, it gives me a minute to catch up on emails and text messages lol! The staff is is super friendly. I adore them. Being able to see them on screen as im placing my order is super fun. They do try their best to get your order right and make it a personal and friendly visit.

They moved the store a few spots away in order to add the drive-​thru which is a great addition. Same great service and staff, and just as spacious as before. Lots of outlets for people who wants to plug in their laptops, it’s very convenient! Oh not to mention they open until 11pm on Saturdays, it’s a great place to do some work and study!

Loving this new location! The drive thru is convenient as well as the inside. What brought me in today was I was meeting a classmate to go over our presentation for a class.
I liked how there is enough space to move tables (if needed) to study. As well as the ample amount of room.
I ordered my favorite caramel brulée late because it’s in season right now. It was as good as usual. When I picked up my order the barista said, here is a cheese danish for you. I didn’t order a cheese danish but she felt like giving it to me today for free. That was super nice and thoughtful of her. It left a lasting great impression of her and this new location they just moved to. Plus it was a great start of the day a grande latte with a free danish is an awesome deal.
I might have to sneak my husband into Starbucks one day just to get another! Which is really hard to do since we stopped coming to Starbucks once we purchased our Keurig. I can’t stop coming to a place that was super nice to me. I may have to pay it forward one day and do the same for someone else.

Nice, friendly staff and quick service but the L– shaped layout feels cramped. Not the most comfortable place to study/​get work done. The one complaint is that both times I’ve been here there have been flies buzzing around. Get that under control. Overall, average.

I really like this Starbucks and I feel bad for needing to bump them down to 3 stars. The problem is since they moved next door the service is just not the same. This location used to be so quick and always got my order right, but now with their new drive thru they can’t seem to keep up. I don’t know if they need some more help or maybe some training but it just isn’t that good anymore. I tried to go here yesterday and actually walked out before ordering because the line was just way too long. Also it was fairly dirty.
Come on guys, I know you can do so much better! Get back to what you were a few months ago.

Could the employees be any nicer? Always quick service and everyone is so nice. I love Starbucks.

I really like the people who work here, and *before* they moved the place was great. And, I am sure it will come together. But …
(*) the flies are brutal
I don’t expect a place to be pristine, but getting bit by monster horseflies every 2 – 3 minutes is unacceptable.
(*) the music is too loud
Because of the long narrow «L» shape, it’s too easy to end up at one end or the other, right under the speakers. I like to listen to music on my laptop, but it’s annoying to hear the house music in the background.

So far so good! They kept their spaciousness from the previous location. This new spot has many tables and chairs to do anything from group meeting (they have a long table), studying, and just hanging out. Most Starbucks nowadays have dark ambience but this one is decent. I stopped by for 3 – 4 hours to study last Friday and I got my order within five minutes and had a table to myself to study. The noise level was pretty casual and quiet.
One major improvement is that they have drive thru! Also their patio are is better than last (can’t remember if it had any). Overall a decent Starbucks place to enjoy and have a relaxing time.
