The service that we received tonight was horrible. We had a waitress that had a waitress in training with her. From the time we ordered our drinks (water and a sweet tea) it took her 10−15mins to return. After bring us our drinks we didn’t see her again for 10 mins. We finally ordered our food. She didn’t bring us our rolls so we asked her about them. She told us they would be ready in 8 mins. Mind you the people sitting behind us came in after we did. About 5 minutes later they received their rolls. We had to stop another waiter and ask him about the tools and to see a manager. Low and behold out comes our waitress with the rolls and the manager. The manager, she was no help at all. We really wanted to walk out and just pay for the drinks. I will never eat there again. I would hate to see what the new waitress will be like after her training is over smh.

Terrible service. We came to this restaurant with a party of 12 and every other member of our party received their meal except for myself. I did not mention anything at first, I thought they were still preparing it. Then ten minutes passed by and still did not receive my food. I mentioned it to the waitress, she goes to the kitchen and comes back to tell me that someone else had received my meal, she had told the cook to start preparing my meal but by that time the party that I came with had already finished eating, so I cancelled my order. What really bothers me is that they still made me pay for my drinks. You would think to compensate for their terrible service they would at least comp my drinks.

The server was OK. But the food was horrible and so was management. Everything was cold and the country fried steak was like a greasy rubber tire. I will not be coming back for awhile.

The food is always great. I love the zucchini fries! The servers are always super friendly. I’ve only had one bad experience and the manager made it right by comping everyone’s meal that night. If you want good food for an affordable price, go to Logans

Waitress i s great. Had a bit of a wait to be seated but the host was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. Bathrooms were very clean. Food was yummy. Went back to my hotel full and happy!

I’m very disappointed for the quality of service. Food is still good but just service at this location is horrible. I have been to many other locations and they were great this is the first time to experience this.

My experience with Logan’s was very disappointing. I was craving steak and decided to go to a steakhouse, I would have been better going to a chain restaurant that serves steak. I ordered the house special, medium well, as well as mashed potatoes and buttered corn. The steak was flavorless but at least the sides were good. They are very stingy with napkins and my waitress was not very attentive. It wasn’t because the place was busy, it was an average sized crowd for the night and I saw other waitresses going back and forth when dealing with their customers so just drew a bad waitress I suppose. Overall the food was subpar and the price whs above the value of the service and the food.

Not the best steak I’ve ever had but it’s better than Outback Steakhouse, if you ask me. Price is also pretty reasonable. I ordered mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese, which made up for the steaks shortcomings. I’ve went back twice in my 3 day trip.

I don’t usually go up ratings, but Logan’s has given me a good reason. The service has improved so much that I hardly even worry about the meal. I have been back twice and just an incredible change. Thank you Logan’s for listening.

Yesterday after a visit to St Francis, I went to Logans for lunch. I had a great experience. My tea was always filled when it got below half full.
My steak was perfectly cooked to medium well and the potato and salad were very good.
This is not my favorite steak restaurant in Columbus, but it is very good, and I had a great experience. I highly recommend.

Basically a less pleasant version of Texas Roadhouse but for more money. The service was very meh (helpful but slow and not overly friendly). The food was very bland. The little desserts are yummy, but then the servers dropped dressing and covered my husband in it. Our lunch stop ruined our plans b/​c now he has to go home and change and I have to clean dressing out of my car.

My husband and I went here last weekend and we both had delicious steaks. They give you complimentary rolls and they are amazing! My food was great, but I probably wouldn’t order the macaroni again. It did take quite a long time for our food to come out for how busy they weren’t. We had two really great servers both named Sam. We would definitely go back. I had a jar of some delicious pink alcoholic beverage that rocked my world too.

I would never go here expecting high quality meat. Ain’t gonna happen.
The wait staff is definitely hit and miss. The folks who have been there awhile are really good. I recommend eating at the bar. The bartenders are all pretty cool and definitely understand the concept of service.
While the cooks aren’t the best, the management really does try to do what it can to make things right.
Logans is as it seems to be… fun, reasonably priced, middle class.

The food is fresh and hot when it hits your table. The rolls are too die for! The waiters are friendly and extremely nice. But… Watching people spit and throw peanut shells all over the floor, can ruin a girls appetite. Which sucks because isn’t that the reason for going there, to eat. Lol

Ordered the wing trio appetizers. Wings not fully cook ask for fried hard. Porter house med well tough and lacking any flavor. Needed to drown in steak sauce to eat. And what gives; I have oranges bigger than my reheat baked potato. My friend fries were cold but that got fixed fast. Best thing at this spot was the hot bread, though we didn’t even get offer a refill.

This place was awful. My family and I went here a couple weeks ago for my cousin’s birthday because it was convenient to where we were, but that was a huge mistake. My mom and I both ordered our filets medium rare and they came out cold and blue! They cooked them some more, but they were still cold. I ate my cold, rare filet mignon, not enjoying a single bite. Not cool. Then I asked the server if they did anything for birthdays and she said yes. I guess I should have been more specific because she came out and got everyone’s attention and sang, but didn’t give us a free dessert. WTF?! How can you come and sing and not bring a scoop of ice cream or something? I will never go to a Logan’s again!
