Maid In Columbus

I hired this company in March 2015 because it was run by two young female entrepreneurs, and I wanted to support them. They were young, sweet, and energetic, and were very flexible and accommodating. The initial cleanings (first few months) were quite thorough and efficient. They came once every two weeks. However, they started trying to expand, which meant there were often new faces coming in and out to clean our house, and this made me a little uncomfortable. The cleanings became less efficient and complete as well. I continued to support them, understanding that they were a growing company, and hoping the situation would eventually stabilize. Unfortunately, I was recently notified via email that they would no longer be cleaning our home because they are substantially downsizing the company. There seems to have been issues along the way (one business partner left and then returned, and there was a lot of turnover within the company employees). Anyway, they were ultimately very unreliable and pretty much abandoned me with no advance notice whatsoever. Wish I had gone with another cleaning team in the first place.

Maid in Columbus has been GREAT. Very thorough cleaning, kind, respectful and friendly.

We have been using Made In Columbus, LLC for months now and have been extremely satisfied with their services! They are friendly, hardworking and professional. The cleaning they provide is consistently good and they do everything we ask if them. One thing in particular we love is their pet friendliness. We leave our dogs out and they are always good with them and don’t mind their craziness!

I am very happy with Maid In Columbus! My home is 11,000 sq ft and MIC does an excellent job cleaning every area! Jamie and Courtney are pleasant, prompt and professional. They were also very helpful with organizing and cleaning my office and work space –which is a bonus for a cleaning service to be able to do so efficiently. I will definitely continue using their services!!!

It was hard for me to admit that I needed a cleaning service and wasn’t sure if my standards would match anything that I found.
