I’d never hired a cleaning service before this week but Maids About made it super easy with online booking and an extensive checklist of what to expect (how the heck am I supposed to know which things get cleaned and which cost extra?!) They did a great job cleaning my fairly large, VERY dirty house.

Maids About Columbus did an an outstanding job across the entire process. Signing up and getting my order input through the website was simple, fast, and easy. The crew was very friendly and did an excellent job with my new move-​in. Pricing was very competitive and communicating with the manager was really smooth before, during, and after the service. I’m very satisfied with the level of service and quality. I will definitely look to use MAC again for both personal and my business. Thanks!

They will do everything to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied. In my case, we had a few hiccups, but they did everything they could to make things right, and for that I truly appreciate it. It’s rare to find such honest and caring owners, and that is what you get with Justin and Victor.
1 star for the actual cleaning that was done — twice had them come over, both times was left disappointed. dust untouched, tile grout dirty, blinds dusty, etc…
but 5 star for their response and their willingness to refund the money

Punctual and reliable! Maids about Columbus did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous and thorough in cleaning my house before moving out. They were half the price of what I paid last year and did a better job. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Maids About Columbus! Their cleaners were very thorough, friendly and most importantly our dogs loved them. We will definitely keep these guys on speed dial when the house needs a good cleaning!
