Wow, I must always go on a good day. I don’t come here often, one: I’m trying to stay away from the over processed foods they serve, and two: I don’t live on this side of town. Anytime I’ve ever come here the service has been great –fast, friendly, no mistakes(which is rare for a fast food place) and they always put condiments in my bag(again, a rare occurrence). Only give it 4 stars and not a full 5 because of the way the drive thru is set up. I don’t like that it’s closed in, with no option to get out of line if your stomach has changed course and would now rather eat Burger King. It’s like they force you to buy it.

I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but today’s experience had me a little aggravated. The woman taking the orders is impatient and rude. My order included a 20 piece, and my boyfriend had to repeat that we wanted barbecue sauce twice. After the woman in the second window threw the order in my boyfriend’s face and screamed at us that the straws and sauces were in the bag, I didn’t feel the immediate need to make absolutely sure the sauces were in there. Well, as you can probably guess, they were not. At least the food wasn’t cold.

Service is typically slow. Burgers are decent, but their fries are awful. Summary of fries on the last 3 visits — undercooked, over cooked so bad they were brittle, and today –stale. Not sure when these were made.

Took 10 minutes for scrambled eggs and a small coffee but I finally got it. I come hear a couple times a week. They seem to really struggle from 6 – 7:30 am

Horrible service! We ordered four frappes and two came only ¾ full! I have never had a McDonald serve like this! Their proportions have always been correct anywhere I went, but not today, not here! I am very disappointed and if I wasn’t in a hurry I’d walk in and ask them to remake it.

Twice in one week, tells me this is a overall issue with this location. The staff are the laziest unhelpful people that could ever grace fast food. Both times I had to go back inside after them screwing up a drive through order. First it was the Hot Mustard Sauce they forgot, yet their POS system prints out what and how many, even on the receipt! So Saturday 8÷10÷1328pm I go inside to get my sauce, should of known with the two CPD officers they have there this place should be avoided. I tell them(after they get done 5 minutes of gossiping and goofing off) that they forgot my hot mustard sauce in the drive through. They had no idea where to even find that then thought it was Honey Mustard. Today 8÷16÷13 @ 4pm, drive through order taker was clearly wanting to get off the speaker, as every time I ordered something he would ask if that was it. Some items he’d have a sarcastic«Um, Ok» type response. Go to pay, and they never remember how much you owe or what order is what. Get my food, the manager is the one working the window, Kirsta(sp?) she is the only competent one working there. After Saturdays issue, and never getting a receipt this time(gee I wonder why they done want to hand them out, they are unreadable when they do anyway) I have my passenger check the bag as I pull up to park to make sure we have everything. Do you think they got it right? OFCOURSENOT. A 20.00 order and still they screw it up. Go back inside for the small fries they forgot. The Intellectual Genius working the counter starts to try and charge me for it. I re-clarify that no, I was in the drive thru and you left it out. He shouts for Krista, who tells him to go ahead and bag it up and give it to me. HEJUSTSTANDSTHEREWANTINGHERTOVOIDOUTWHATHERUNGUPFIRST! I could tell she was annoyed with her staff, who instead of helping stand around and gossip, with the genius that help me making fun of a coworker AS I WASSTANDINGTHERE. He still cant be bothered to help me, and now its starting to seem like a race issue, me white him black, as Krista(who’s white) had to stop what she was doing and take care of the issue. Corporate if your reading this, you need a top to bottom overhaul of this location.

The service is horrible and they get off by making you mad. They mess up orders constantly. One day I went in and ordered a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, two large fries and two med. Sprites. The future rap artist, who was spitting rhymes the whole time, came back with a chicken sandwich, a fish, ten piece nugget and two milkshakes. After telling Snoop Dog’s protégé that the order was completely wrong, he was finally able to get it right after about 15 minutes of standing at the counter.

I’m sick of reading about how people dont like rating chain places. Why not?! Most of us go to them and there are so many out there that they really do need to be reviewed. With that said, this place is very inconsistent. A couple months ago the workers were very polite and quick to fix any mistakes. Yes they make mistakes here… not a LOT but also not infrequently; it is a McDonalds nonetheless. usually the food is ok here, sometimes it’s very fresh, and other times is older then dirt. But recently I’ve been having issues with the staff. They’ve been rude and pushy and the food has been horrible. Just tonight I ordered a milkshake for my husband and he’s very picky. He wasn’t feeling well and all he wanted to eat was a strawberry & vanilla shake. No biggy, we’ve ordered it before… not like they have to do anything special .just mix it. The drew threw was a night mare at 9pm… 20 mins to get our food. That in mind, when I placed my ordered I asked three times at the drive threw window for it to be mixed and was hushed. then I pulled up to the pay window, and before I would pay I had her read it back to me. The *^(classy lady)*% wrote it down wrong, fine. I repeated that I wanted it mixed. The girl said fine and marked the order. I pull up, it’s not mixed. Now I have to go inside… wonderful… I tell the guy working the situation, that I asked 5 f-ing times for the stupid shake to be mixed. I know they do it cuz I get it. He gave me the biggest attitude and then the girl who made it comes up all assuming and asks me ‘what the fuck is wrong wit it!?’ I said nothing just that it was made wrong. She looked like she was about to come over that counter and deck me. The manager has her make it again and then he throws it in my face and says ‘here. bye.‘ I don’t know what is going on here but every time I come there is a new problem with service. Clearly people are fed up by the lack of higher ratings. Why wont anyone do anything to fix it?!

I specifically try to avoid this McDonald’s and will drive a few miles down the road. They can be very slow on service. On one visit, we got to listen to several employees talking in a very loud voice, and using cuss words while working behind the counter. While not acceptable, I understand that most of the workers are teenagers, and don’t have well defined filters. I was shocked when the«manager» made his way out of the office and didn’t stop the oh so sweet sound of curse words belted out from behind the counter.
