So I go here every day and for the past three weeks they have been messing up on my order. I go in to speak to the manager Brandi who is very rude and conceding. I ask for her managers name and number she tells me it’s on the receipt. When I explained that she took them she prints off another and then tells me that it’s not on there. I asked her to provide it and then stated that I would call another manager I know to get it. As I’m leaving Brandi says in front of her team that’s what the Internet is for. You’re absolutely right Brandi the Internet is powerful so powerful that I took the time to right this review for everyone to see and to know that you my dear should not be a manager. Your customer service is below zero. So to all whom go here know that if you have an issue Brandi at store 20174 is not going to take you seriously and doesn’t act as a manager and let’s her staff laugh at you as well. Oh and to top it off she acted as if she didn’t know who her DM was. Thanks Brandi at store 20174 for making managers look bad. Hopefully the rest don’t act like this. My money will not be spent here anymore neither will my families. My Wendy’s from across the street was fresh and hot and done correctly. With that being said know that there are options!

DONOTCOMEHEREFORTHEWIFI!!! Even though they have strong signals, ATT and McDonald’s, the WiFi is configured wrong and never ever functions properly. It is unbelievable! Also, they need a stronger manager to keep the young workers in check and the orders on time.

Worst place ever. Currently in drive thru for 20 minutes. Still 6 cars away from food. Waited 20 – 30 minutes for drive thru numerous times. Worst. Place. Ever. I have no clue why I ever come back. Why can’t I give zero or negative stars?

I actually had a great experience here. been through here a couple of times because I live nearby and every single time they get it right. quick, clean, efficient and seriously extremely polite! had two different women at the two different windows and they were both absolute sweethearts. nothing to complain about!

Let’s start this by saying I don’t have high expectations when it comes to McDonalds. It is what it is. This location states it is open 24 hours. I have been many times late night as I work nights. I went there tonight and thought it strange that there were three guys sitting inside at a table. Late hour for dining room guests! I pull to the drive through and get no response even though the lights are one. Pull up to the window and a guy with a headset but no uniform, tongue piercing is all I remember, mouths«we’re closed». A red haired lady, think Berta from Two and a half Men but with a butterfly neck tattoo and a scowl that can’t be put into words, comes over and shouts through the closed window, «We’re closed». I asked what the hours of operation were, and she yells 24 hours but the staff walked out. At this point I have seen at least 5 people in the building. I ask if they have a corporate number, she shouts back yes but she won’t give it to me because hey are closed there are no employees. I will be following up with their corporate office. This was the worst customer service I have ever received at a nation chain of any sort. The people I saw in side were trashy and inept to say the least. Depending on the resolution I may never go to a McDonalds again. Judging from the other reviews this location is clearly not meeting the minimal standards that a McDonalds patron is willing to accept, and as with others, and as I stated, those are already pretty low.

Well this location just continues to slide downhill. We thought we’d get all smart and go inside and tell them to make our food fresh, we didn’t care how long we’d have to wait that way we could watch them make it instead of getting a bag of rocks, Charlie Brown style. As the hubby watched two people exit the restaurant, he parked, went to the door and it was locked. They lock the door at 7pm to force you to go to the drive thru! This should’ve been the cue to run far and fast. He conveyed that this meal NEEDED to be fresh, he didn’t care how long he had to wait for it, we just wanted fresh McDonalds. He got his meal in two separate bags, fries in one and burgers in another and was assured the meal was cooked fresh. Um, no. It wasn’t. Cheese may have been freshly melted over previous pieces of cheese on a rock hard, COLD burger but it was NOT fresh. Just look at the pic I posted, does that look remotely fresh to you? Do you SEE the glistening juices of a freshly prepared burger over the dull, lifeless puck on a bun? No… because they aren’t there. The fries? Lukewarm. We only get McD’s once or twice a year because the whole chain is in the toilet and we’ve finally accepted that the McDonalds of our childhood is gone. No one cares about the quality. No one cares about giving paying customers what they pay for. They just care about cranking out disgusting, sub par product and because no one ever says anything or because they think«it’s McDonalds… who the heck would Unilocal them», they get away with it. I have to believe there are more people out there with the same bad experiences that just figure because they don’t serve craft beer and charcuterie that they don’t need a review. They do. What I wouldn’t give to go back to 1988 and be a kid that could always count on my meal to come out hot, fresh and make me want to keep coming back. I’d rather see the chain go out of business than to continue to trash the reputation it was built on.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. Came through the drive –thru and waited 30 minutes for two egg mcmuffins. Finally got to window and he said they were waiting on sausage. We had to tell him it didn’t come with sausage and then he said they were waiting on eggs. Will never be back :(

Update to my December 2011 Review, and while the remodling is over, the attitude hasent changed. Just today I was redeeming a coupon that was handed out during 4th Fridays in Westerville for this location, Executive Pkwy and the 2 on State St. Clearly they were not pleased that someone *SHOCK* actualy wanted to redeem the coupon. The clerk at the drive tru window had to call over a manager who, after reading what the coupon was, had a look of distain on his face, rudely closed the window on me, and made a snide remark. Needless to say I am not impressed and will be looking to go elsewhere as things just keep getting worse here.

McDonald’s prides itself on uniformity and this one is clean, efficient and consistent. No environmental issues at all at this location. Why the lower rating? This McDonald’s is close to home so I end up here a few times per week and have been going to this location since they opened. However, there is a big problem. Over the last 18 – 24 months, the accuracy in filling orders has been terrible in the drive-through. If you choose this location, you have less than a 50 percent chance of getting everything you ordered. Double checking is critical here – they won’t do it. Could live for at least a week on the food that never made it in the bag that I discovered was missing upon arriving home.

This is «MY» McDonald’s! Yeah, that’s right — it’s mine! Well, at least their advertising allows me to claim that as a customer. I guess that I can call it «MY» McDonald’s for two reasons. One, I frequent this McDonald’s more than any other and two, it’s the closest one to my house. Does that qualify? I’m still waiting to hear back from their Ad Executives on this one. I usually take advantage of their flawless and very quick drive-thru service. My favorite meal is their Steak and Bagel Breakfast Sandwich. Man, is that steak good and peppery — just the way I like it! The hash browns are the perfect compliment along with a hot cup of coffee, of course. For lunch, I prefer a cheap double cheeseburger(or two). It’s only $ 1 and it’s filling. I also prefer their Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It’s quite healthy compared to most of the other choices. It’s served on a wheat bun and if you exclude the mayonnaise, you’ve got a very low calorie meal. For dinner, if I’m hungry(and naughty) enough, I’ll order the Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese Meal. Good stuff! That’s what makes McDonald’s McDonald’s! Don’t forget the fries. They are hands-down the best fries in the industry! Yum-Yum-Yum! Bring it on! I’m done now. I gotta get back to «MY» McDonald’s!
