The muffins were good, and my Northern Omelet Bagel was good. However, my wife’s cheddar bagel with bacon/cheddar cream cheese tasted like plain cream cheese with onion. We spoke to the manager and she said that was what the correct cream cheese. Also, we were charged 50 cents more than the listed price. She said that it was because it was a «Bab’s Favorite» bagel. We could find nothing that said what a Bab’s favorite bagel was, just the fact that it was 50 cents more. My opinion is that this establishment is not concerned with making their customers happy. I will stick with Panera.
