This place has the nicest staff, always friendly and happy to take care of their customers. They help with all your shipping needs as an authorized outlet for FedEx, UPS. I go out of my way to use this place.

Friendly and professional service! They explained the different options for shipping my boxes back to California and took care to wrap the fragile items. This was my first visit in this location but they treated me like I came in every week!

If you’re in search of a sensible alternative to the US Postal Service (who isn’t?), then Pak Mail is exactly what you’re looking for. First of all, the service here is infinitely nicer than it’ll ever be at any USPS branch. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the people that work here don’t have that air of bureaucracy to them, or maybe it’s just that they’re happy to be helping you ship whatever it is you just sold on eBay or forgot to send to your friend on their birthday three weeks ago. I have no idea. But every time I’ve been looking for the cheapest way to send something, the people at the Grandview Pak Mail have always been great at helping me figure out what won’t cost me an arm and a leg. Their lack of affiliation to one specific carrier probably has a lot to do with their reasonable prices, as they can help you comparison shop for a good deal. The location is excellent, the hours are less crappy than at most other shipping places, and the packaging options are plentiful. That’s pretty much all you need to know to be convinced, right?
