Place is closed and they don’t have a sign or anything to indicate that fact. When you call it just rings — very disappointing and a true failure in customer service if they do plan to reopen.

Let me start by saying that I’m reviewing the business, not the food/service, as I’ve never actually been inside of the restaurant(not for lack of trying). Twice my wife and I have tried to go here for dinner. The first time we got to the door and there was a sign saying that they were closed for a private birthday party. OK… we’ll come back another time, so we next door to the Phở Chef restaurant(very good, FYI). The second time we went back was lay night. This time there was a new sign on the door. «Closed for 30 days for renovations.» *Sigh* There was no info on the website saying they were closed, nor any indication of when the 30 days began or ended. Was this the 2nd day in? 29th? Don’t know, don’t care. We’re returning or groupon and not returning to this restaurant.

The description says that they serve smoothies but they do not. A guy that was sitting at a table near us tried to order one(because it says they serve them online) was told all they have is a mango tea. I have such a love/hate relationship with this place and I hate that I do because the food is AMAZING. I love the make-your-own bowls. I have never been disappointed by the food. My complaints are about the staff. Th first few times I came here, the staff was great. They were friendly, fast, and relaxed. The last 3 or 4 times I have been here, there are new people waiting tables. They are young and slow. It takes about 15 minutes to get waters, another 15 to order. Once you order, the food comes out very quickly. Then it is a waiting game again. We have to get up and ask for water. The last time we were here, we made it a point to wait for our check and not go up and ask for it and it took a good 20 minutes to get it after we were done eating and we were only one of the two tables there. One server in particular is so painfully awkward. We had gotten our food maybe 5 minutes prior to him walking up to our table so we were in the middle of putting food in our mouths and he came and stood next to us and didn’t say a word. My husband started at him for a few seconds and said«yes?» The waiter just stood there but then started teaching for our plates and we were like… ummmm no. We aren’t done. Not even close. He said something and we couldn’t hear him and he stood there for another few seconds and then walked away. We didn’t see him the rest of the time we were there. I wish they had the old staff back because even though I love the food, we will be coming here much less so we don’t have to deal with the waitstaff. Edit: I have tried to come here twice during times there were supposed to be open but the lights were off the the doors were locked. If they are going to be closed, they should update their hours online.

We loved this place! I got the BBQ ribs, which I really enjoyed. I felt like the price was reasonable, and the staff was very personable and knowledgeable. The meal came with a small salad, which was fine as well. I would definitely come back here and be curious to try one of their other dishes.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally get the chance and I was totally disappointed. The young man working was clueless about the menu. I specifically asked about the fit veggie combo meal and its contents. I was told it included all the veggies. My order finally comes up and it’s only broccoli. So I’m like I just paid $ 8 for broccoli and rice. So I ask for a manager, the waiter just continues to say I don’t know when he will be in. I will never get a To Go order from here again!

This Place was pretty solid fresh tasting food. Was able to get vegan really easy. Food was that of a quick american style asian restaurant. Totally great choice if you are in a rush but not nearly the best place. Take a drive up to Thai Grille if you are in search of truly amazing thai style food.

Terrible experience! I came here for lunch with my coworkers. They were out of multiple items. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food! After we voiced our displeasure, the server decided to charge us carry out, not eat in price. Food was good, service was horrible! I used to come here all the time, but I will likely will never come back!

This is a pretty small restaurant; however, I really liked their interior design and décor. It’s very cute! Food-wise, I had pacific volcano noodle with beef(really delicious), tempura bowl(was good, I liked how they cook shrimp, but I like the spicy tempura bowl from Tensuke much better in terms of tastes), Coconut curry rice with chicken(was okay; pretty indifferent to me. Didn’t taste much curry/coconut though…), and Hawaiian Seoul(was okay as well, didn’t taste bad but didn’t impress me either so won’t get it again). I personally would recommend just the pacific volcano noodles. Overall, their food quality is above average, yet didn’t impress me enough to make me want to return… As for the portion that many people were commenting on, I personally think the portion is just about right.

Really cool fusion concept restaurant. I really enjoyed the ‘fit clean bowl’ option. It allows you to build your own bowl; rice, noodles or salad — veggies — choose your own protein — and sauce. The only negative was that my chicken(and my friends’ pork) was a bit dry. Near the back of the restaurant, they have a small table with all of their sauces and little spoon samplers so you can try all of them! They have so many delicious sauces and this is a fabulous way to be able to try them all. The restaurant atmosphere is really cool; very modern, vibrant décor. The staff is always super friendly staff and welcoming.

We really wanted to love this place. It’s nearby and local. I have been wanting to try it for quite awhile now and yesterday was the perfect day. My partner went to the storefront and ordered carry out on a Tuesday evening. He texted saying he was the only one in the restaurant and it was about 6:30 pm. He ordered the red curry, volcano noodles, and a shrimp soup. The serving sizes were very small compared to other similar places — like half the size. If you anticipate having leftovers and you usually order 1 main dish per person, then you won’t have leftovers from here. The soup was primarily salty — we took a few bites and threw it out. The main dishes were okay, nothing that blew our socks off. The volcano noodles were literally a «spicy pad thai.» the chicken in the dishes were a little dry. We like to compare various red curry dishes and this one had good spice, but the overall flavor and consistency were off. It was extremely runny, with very few pieces of chicken and/or veggies, which was disappointing. It also seemed like it had too much coconut milk in the recipe. In the end, the restaurant itself was cute, the service was good, but the food didn’t seem to match. Although we’d be happy to give the place another try, our personalities are to find another local restaurant to try after a mediocre experience.

Sloooow service. Décor was OK. I recommend ordering one of the nice natural juices. As far as customer service and attention to detail, everyone was pretty friendly, but things just took too long. I most likely would not come back here.

I had to change my review. Went back here for lunch today and our server was horrible. Did not speak once and never checked on us at all. Will not be returning.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. Great food, friendly and attentive staff, and a really nice bright casual atmosphere. We had the calamari, the shrimp tempura bowl, and the orange jalapeño chicken, and all were well-prepared and very flavorful. The chicken had just the right amount of heat and was by far our favorite of the things that we ordered. We will most definitely be coming back here to try the smoothies and the rest of the house specials!

So i went to this new(at least new to me) little place in Dublin about two weeks ago and it is time to get its name out there. This place was kind of a hike for us to get to from OSU campus but wow was it worth it! We started off with the tom ka soup with shrimp, and it was delicious! Very asiany, which is what we were looking for and full of flavor. We also ordered fresh juice, and our server was very adamant about getting us the most fresh ingredients he had and helping us through the menu to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He made the visit wonderful. After the soup and juice, i got the pacific volcano noodles, which was like a spicier version of pad thai, and it was sooooo good. I wanted to eat it all there but knew id be mad at myself if i didnt save some for lunch the next day hehe! It was made to the spice level of my choosing and i enjoyed every bite! I HIGHLY reccomend this place if you are into asian cuisine at all, especially if you love it like i do. It’s definitely worth the drive!

Nice late lunch mid-afternoon visit. Had the papaya salad appetizer. It was great: bright, tangy, citrus, salt, crunch, & some earthiness in the peanuts and mini dried shrimp toppings. Small portion but shareable with lots of flavor. Ate the lunch portion of the Pacific Volcano Noodles for my main dish. Basic, good Pad Thai. Tender noodles, perfectly cooked shrimp, flavor and salt were just right, a win. It was supposed to have a kick of Volcano Chili sauce but I went in for some extra heat with Papaya’s homemade Lychee Habanero hot sauce. Y’all know I like it spicy. All said, I’ll be back. Papaya’s hot sauces are being bottled & sold for the season. Get in there a stuff someone’s stockings, naughty or nice.

Stopped in on a warm day. Very nice, eclectic décor inside. Varied menu, befitting the fusion name. Service was excellent, and things came pretty quickly. While briefly waiting I tried their salsas, all pretty hot. Mango habanero was good, but the lychee habanero was a surprise winner. All the flavors in it work well together. They sell jars to go. I ordered the bulgogi ribs to start, but they were out. So, switched to Bali sweet wings. Nice mild flavor, sweet with a bit of spice(not spicy, just Indonesian spice.) As others said, three wings is actually six since they aren’t split, so it’s a good size. My main course was pork pad Thai. A solid version, with good noodles and plenty of meat, along with green onions and sprouts but no other vegetables. Checking in on Unilocal yielded a 10% discount. I’ll definitely be back to try the ribs or the bulgogi sandwich, along with a few other things.

I was at a meeting in the area and looking for an alternative to the bunches of chain restaurants that are nearby. I spied this joint with 4 stars and over 90 reviews and knew that my decision was already made. I am amazed(yet happy) that little joints like this can manage to stay alive in random unanchored strip centers that are off the main road. I pulled in and there was plenty of parking. When I walked in during lunch, there were only a few other diners in the small yet adequately sized dining room. I was promptly greeted and the server did a nice job explaining the menu once I told him that this was my first time. I love that they have smaller sized entrees for lunch for $ 2 less than their dinner portion. I chose the build your own bowl, which is always a great option in any Asian fusion restaurant. I got the Pad Thai noodles with volcano seasoning(appears to be some sort of dry chili flakes). I encourage you to ask for extra volcano spice on the side so you can control your spice. I also got chicken and added fresh veggies(mainly broccoli) to the traditional pad Thai sprouts and so forth. They offered a bottle of sirachi also, which was a nice touch. The bowl was served quickly and was delicious. Papaya may be a little out of your way, but is worth you seeking it out.

I feel like I’m not in the cool kids’ club. Everybody raves about Papaya. And not just any olé ‘everybody’… I’m talking about some of my favorite people whose judgment I totally trust. But I didn’t have the same magical experience that they all seem to have. :( So here’s the good stuff: –The staff: Super friendly and helpful. I can’t rave enough about them. –The interior: Really cute, clean, new, and open. –The cold-pressed juices: They will make juice for you on the spot! It takes a little while(but no complaints there; I totally understand), but it’s delicious once it comes out. They have lots of pre-selected flavors, but you can mix and match all you want. I had a green juice that totally hit the spot. The not-so-great: –The food: I ordered Tandoori chicken over coconut rice with a side salad. The salad was delicious, but the chicken and rice were both kind of ‘meh.’ There was a spice in the rice that I wasn’t crazy about — I was hoping it would be the coconut sticky rice that I love. And the chicken also had some spices that I don’t typically find in Tandoori — but the meat was super tender and juicy. But the real kicker was that a mountain of fresh-chopped cilantro was piled on top of everything. I wish I loved cilantro, but I’m that percentage of people whose taste buds taste it as soap instead of «fresh» or whatever it is other people say. I am normally very cautious and ask about cilantro when I know it’s typically in a dish. But I have never, ever had cilantro near Tandoori chicken. Still, I could have asked. Instead, I spent 10 minutes trying to pick out every little cilantro bit so that I could actually enjoy my food. In the end: I’m not giving up on Papaya. Too many people rave about this place for me to just call it quits. Maybe it was me? Maybe I just don’t like or understand fusion? I will most definitely go back for another try… keep your fingers crossed for me!

Oh My Geez! This was such a delight! The service is phenomenal… they fall all over themselves to ensure that you are taken care of and are enjoying your meal. We started out with lemon grass chicken wings… the order says 6, but you actually get 3 that are still stuck together… lemon grass definitely was a great choice… flavorful while having a nice kick. I ordered a beef and coconut rice bowl… coconut rice!!! It was exceptional! I order bean sprouts in addition… nice touch. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Seoul ~ griled bulgogi beef sandwich which comes with a mango salsa and chips on the side. My husband said it was amazing. must have been, he didn’t leave me even the smallest taste ;-) We completed the meal with roti and carnation milk… the perfect completion the a perfect meal! We will definitely be back for seconds!
