HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! SUMMARYREVIEW: DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEORMONEYHERE! I entered a order online and was provided with a pick up time of 8 pm. I arrived about 10 minutes early and expected to wait a few minutes. However, when I went up to the register, I was told that they did not have the sushi I ordered. No one from the restaurant called me to see if I wanted to order something else and the«girl» at the register did not ask me if I wanted anything else. They wasted my time in ordering online and driving to the location to pick up my order which could have been avoided. Did I say they weren’t even busy at all! I know I shouldn’t expect much from a cheap knock off Asian fast food chain, but I did. Poor management and poor customer service. I sent a message to the corporate office and did not receive a response. I was not expecting anything in return other than an acknowledgement of the need for better customer service at this location. Avoid this place all together. If you want sushi, go to Kroger(just as fresh and good prices), Wholefoods, Blue Ginger(just about 5 minutes from this place), or Giant Eagle. If you want real Asian food, try one of the million places on Sawmill. If you want knock off Asian food, try Noodles and Company.

Place is dirty and the service is terrible. I was one of the few on the place and waited ½ for my food. This place has really gotten run down the last couple of years

NEVER order on-line for Pei Wei in Dublin!!! Put in web order at 5:00 pm for a pick up at 8:00 pm because was going to be in the area then. Arrived at at 7:50 pm to pick up(little early). Guy at counter said the order«wasn’t even released yet» would not be ready for 35 minutes. He explained that every walk in/call in order that came in between 5:00 pm and when I came in was in front of me and there was nothing he could do about it. Horrible time management, customer service, just horrible!!!

Been a patron to this location for s long time and have suffered not getting the cookies I ordered and not getting the extra sauce on the side long enough! This location has lousy customer service. Our confirmed online order had not been moved from the ordering queue to the kitchen by the time we showed up for pickup. The employee merely collected our 25 minute order, took our payment and told us it would be 25 minutes more . No apology. No explanation. No offer of a free drink while we wait. I am tired of a mismanaged restaurant that cannot motivate its staff to take care of its patrons. Done with this place. Don’t bother with it – get your Asian food from a local place

Good food the chicken lo-mein was really yummy. The portions were huge and definitely enough for 2 meals. Seating however seemed crammed and a little disorganized. Had to walk through people’s lunch or squeeze behind people to get a drink. But if you’re there not during lunch I’m sure it’s fine.

Pei Wei is at its best OK. I end up coming here every 2 – 3 months as the fact it is billed as a quicker and more casual version of pf changs, which I really do enjoy. The atmosphere and menu look really good but everyone time I have dined here the food seems to be a bit overcooked with the chicken being tough. If you want to add things to really make your entrée good your are going to pay up. If the food came close the image that is marketed it would be outstanding. It isn’t bad so I will stop occasionally but not often.

Soooo I love pad Thai it’s my go to dish if I’m in the mood for anything Asian but this one was GROSS. I’ll stick to Bangkok grocery off refugee trust it’s a million times better. Might I add the fact that you have employees scratching their heads and faces with gloves cmon I can see you.

Went there to pick up food for the family to go. They were a little behind(about 5 minutes) They let me know and gave me a free coke while I was waiting. The person behind the counter could not have been better.

The food is fine, even tasty in some cases. But the price is too high. $ 30+ for two of us, but you order at the counter(like Chipotle) and all they do is bring it to your table and the bus the table when you leave — you get your own drinks, silverware, etc. For dinner, it should be no more than $ 25 for 2, and you should be able to squeak out a lunch for under $ 10 for one person — but that’s not the Pei Wei way. For the prices they’re charging you could go to an actual P.F. Chang’s with full service, cloth napkins, etc. This is faster, but the value just isn’t high enough.

Always a fast and yummy meal. Quick and good quality. Can’t go wrong with teriyaki chicken and fried rice!

A-OK in my books. Pei Wei is nothing to be overly enthusiastic about, but it’s good at getting the job done of filling one’s stomach. I’m not one who is a huge fan of P.F. Changs, so my thoughts were pretty mediocre with Pei Wei. It’s neither bad, nor good. It tastes about the same as if you would buy some frozen Asian fare at the Kroger marketplace behind you, but essentially if you’re lazy and want some quick Asian food while sacrificing amusing your taste buds, then this is your destination by all means. The place was nice and clean. The ambiance kind of blew my mind for a quick eatery… I was expecting the Mark Pi’s sterilized white environment of the past. At least P.F. Chang’s has the décor thing down. The girl who rang up our carry out order was knowledgeable about which sauces were vegan or what not after I ordered the tofu and veggies in my dish. I really didn’t care, but it was still a nice gesture of her to let me know. Again… A-OK, but you would not see me busting across town to eat here. especially with all the great Mom and Pop places around.

The last time that I ate at this location was New Years eve 2010. Unknown to me, it was the last time I would ever eat their delicious Thai River Noodles. They removed them from the menu January 1st, 2011. I was devastated. If I had known they were taking them off of the menu, I would have ordered 100+ servings and frozen them all to eat at a later date. I even SHARED my noodles that day! What a travesty! I haven’t found a single entrée that I like as much. :(

We visited this location about a month ago and their power went out while we were eating and we had to leave. Their power was the only one out in the strip mall and the employees couldn’t get it back on. We went back last night and they had staffing issues which caused us to wait 30 minutes for our food. We’ll give them another shot but it will be the Polaris location.
