I wouldn’t typically take the time to review a place like Pizza Hut seeing as how I already expect low quality, but this was ridiculous. After an hour of waiting I recieved my pizza and wings. The wings were decent, but the pizza was cold to the touch. Literally the coldest food I’ve ever been served in my entire life. Wouldn’t be that shocked if it wasn’t for the fact that I live .3 miles from the store.

Pizza was delicious! I love the herbs on the crust. Breadsticks came out after the pizza came, sodas never delivered so we just stuck with water and waitress never came to check on how we were or if we needed refills. That’s takes our rating down, because otherwise the pizza was fantastic.

This 1-star rating reflects the carry out experience you can expect at this Pizza Hut. I ordered some pasta online close to 11 pm on a Tuesday(they’re open until 12). Upon arriving at the store, I saw there was a line at the pick-up window. It was pouring down rain, so that was no surprise. Rather than wait in the line, I decided to just deal with getting a little wet so I could get my pasta and go. I tried the door and it was locked. Apparently the dining room closes at 11, so you are forced to use the drive thru window. This is where the problem came in, and also the fundamental flaw with Pizza Hut’s pick-up window system. There were about three cars ahead of me. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, there was only one car ahead of me. To my relief, they were quickly handed their order. A few seconds later, however, they handed it back. It looked an awful lot like the pasta I ordered. It was still partially open and was passed back in the rain(there is no awning to block the elements at the pick up window… I mean, why would there be?). Despite that, I continued to wait in hopes they might quickly remake it for me. Another couple of minutes passed and I was ultimately defeated and forced to drive off. According to the website, my order was ready at 11:03 pm. I waited in line for rained-on pasta until 11:23. Pizza Hut does not seem to realize that people might not arrive in the order their food will be ready, which is why the entire drive-up window system is completely broken. Someone might still have ten minutes left on their order, yet be allowed to sit at the window until it’s ready while forcing everyone else to waste their time. Just another example of nonsensical business practices by a major restaurant chain.

Looks like things are improving here. Havent had and issue with an order and the customer service is better. I retract my previous post.
