Ordered bread sticks. It’s now 45 minutes later and I’m still waiting for it…
Customers were all waiting way passed the scheduled pick up time. All looked pretty pissed as well!
The staff were so disorganized. Asking customers several times what their order number was. Leaving phone calls on hold for half an hour.
Wouldn’t even attempt delivery orders as I bet you’d get your order the next day, if at all.
Just a crazy zoo of a Pizza Hut!

I just ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and it took 73 minutes to receive. I, along with many others, stood and waited inside for our food for over an hour. We asked for a refund but we were denied. We then called the manager, Jess, to figure out why we could not be refunded and she hung up on us. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life.
