For a chain restaurant, PH is typically consistently mediocre, which is good enough when you’re hungry and don’t have time or the energy to make something at home. This location is consistently subpar even for PH. I ordered a pizza, regular breadsticks, and a 2-liter. The pizza was underdone, there was no crust flavoring(although I ordered it), the breadsticks were underdone and didn’t have any of the Parmesan-herb topping, nor did they come with marinara. #Shameful

If I could give this place zero stars… I would. I have ordered multiple times and every time they are either very late in delivering or they mess up my order. The first time I was to receive a credit to my «account» of $ 5… I didn’t get that credit. I called for my second order and they messed it up. I called to receive a refund and they«didn’t know how» and asked me to give them my card number and they would credit it. I gave them my card number once when I ordered, I shouldn’t need to provide it twice for a refund. The customer service her was bull crap.

This is chain pizza, not family owned goodness like Tommy’s across the street, but with coupons and deals this has become an affordable family favorite. I have been coming here since high school in the mid Eighties and they have never gotten an order wrong. No kidding! It’s always correct. Corporate and a bit bland? Sure, but for the speed and discounted prices, not bad. They did remove the table top Ms. Pacman machine in the nineties, so that is sad. They still have the trademark red plastic cups for dine in, though. Cheap, easy, and correct. Worth it if you aren’t in the mood for mom and pop store pizza pies. And they have a million kinds of crust at this snapshot in time, so order up!

My wife and I both grew up and went to public school in Ohio. This means that we used to get those book-it Pizza Hut coupons from school. So even though they’re not the best pizza chain in my opinion, Pizza Hut’s pizza still holds a spot in our hearts. We used to order carry out from this Pizza Hut until one of their cashiers added an unauthorized 50% tip to our order after the fact, their manager refused to do anything about it, and we ultimately had to raise a dispute with our credit card company. Fast forward 2 years to April 2015. We were talking about how awesome Pizza Hut’s lunch pizza buffet used to be, so we decided to drop by for lunch around 12:30pm on a Thursday for the said lunch buffet. The restaurant was fairly busy, with about 15 other customers there for lunch. Total number of pizza out on the buffet table: 2. And 1 of them was the dessert pizza that noone was touching. It takes 15 minutes for them to bring more pizza out… but they only bring out 2 new pizza. With 15 people waiting. COMEON. But to be fair, this time around I don’t blame the staff… they had 2 ladies waiting on the customers, running the cash register, manning the phone, AND making the pizza. During the lunch rush with a buffet going on. Talk about a recipe for disaster… It goes without saying that it may be a while before we try Pizza Hut again…

This is your typical chain pizza place pizza. The pizza is greasy, cheesy and saucy. But that is what we wanted on a lazy Sunday and it hit the spot. We ordered the box which came with a medium pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks for only 10 dollars! It was cheap and ready within 15 minutes to pick up. We did have to call several times before we got an answer which was frustrating but eventually it worked out. I wouldn’t say it’s great pizza, but we got what we paid for and what we wanted at the time.

My Bride wanted a thin & Crispy pizza and we ended up here. TERRIBLE, one thing I noticed is that the Pepperoni is sliced so thin you can see through it. I ordered a pan supreme and the crust was doey in the middle as it was not cooked enough and the pepperoni was sparse to say the least and one could not shave it any thinner. What a disappointment, should of crossed the street to TOMMYS. Now I know why we were the ONLY customer in this joint. I can remember when PIZZA HUt was a high class Pizza place, now it is among the worms. Stay away

Yuck, but not the worst in town. The crust is okay, but the rest is bad. tasteless sauce, and canned toppings. Go directly across the street to Tommy’s for some stellar pie.
