Pizza Hut

Been 2 hrs and here I sit waiting on my pizza… was supposed to be here an hour and a half ago. This location is terrible. Second time this has happened. Never again.

Ordinarily i love Pizza Hut. Ordered online on a monday afternoon, order was still 15 minutes later than the est. Delivery time. No big deal, they have football on monday night, right? Must have been why. Pizza was just this side of room temperature by the time I got it. I was starving because there was nothing else in the house, which is why I ordered pizza in the first place.
Pizza was tasting good at first (could have just been the sauce of hunger) and then I was chowing down on a crust when I found a hair. I have dogs so I figured it must have been from one of them but nope. This hair was embedded in the damn crust. I know it happens but HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT ON A HAIRNET?! (It wasnt mine either. It was three inches long and straight. I have shoulder length curly hair. -.-) I WAS starving but I could barely gag down the rest of my slice after that.
They were great about giving me a refund, even sent the driver back to my house with the money since I didn’t have my car.
But seriously, late, cold and with unwanted «garnishments»? Disgusting. I will never order from that location again.

I had no issues. The pizza was ready when I picked it up, and the cashier was very friendly and good natured. The pizza was hot and delicious. I will be going back.

Cold and slow pizza here, too. Ordered online on a Wed. Called half hr after est arrival, was left on hold over 4 min. Called back. They had significant trouble looking up order. Pizza arrived after 2hrs wait, cold. Driver nice and apologetic, but restaurant staff were awful.

Horrible. Took them 2 hours to deliver 0.5 miles on a Monday night. Pizza arrived cold. NOT recommended.

So, they have this 50 percent off advertisement on tv, if you order online? Iorder 3 10 dollar pizzas, andgo to the place. They tell me, 30 dollars. I say, I ordered online., It is 15 dollars. They said no, it isn’t.
They don’t honor their advertisements. You cannot tell me their pizzas are 20 dollars regularly. I was so mad, I left and wouldn’t pay. Don’;t believe their tv advertisements. — VERY dissatisfied customer.

Don’t ever order from this store late night especially online for delivery. They will be too lazy to do their jobs and cancel your order after having the «wrong» phone number. Then the next day make no apologies about being wrong. Also when you call right about the time they close after waiting over an hour they will just let the phone ring endlessly or pick it up and set in on the counter for a minute or more then hang back up. Terrible Customer Service!
