I had been going here for about a year but had one experience that was enough for me to start looking for another cleaners. I had a stain on my pants which I immediately brought in on a Tuesday and asked to be treated. They agree to try to remove the stain as soon as possible and would have it done by the end of the week. I came back Friday for them to tell me they hadn’t treated my pants but would be done by early next week. When I came back to pick them up they informed me they were unable to remove the stain as it had set too long. They charged me for the pants even as they were unclean and suggested I attempt to wash them on my own. I completely understand no ever stain can be removed. What disappointed me was the lack of personal accountability pnc cleaners took surrounding the issue and there misleading me on the timeline.

I have frequented ONC Cleaners and have had a wonderful experience with them every time. They even did a two hour turn-​around clean and press on a shirt I needed (well wanted) for an important meeting. He didn’t hesitate, and the cost was $ 6. Not much more than a regular turn around.
I also had my wife’s wedding dress ‘preserved’ in a display box, and it was stunning. After the wedding and reception, the bottom of the dress was wrecked and some good spirited friends, filled with spirits, spilled wine on the dress, and what have you. It was kind of a blur toward the end. She could have been abducted by aliens. Aaaaaanway, the dress looked completely reincarnated, bright white in a body formed shape for display, and was sealed for safe storage. Of course I waited 15 years to do it, which made the outcome all the more impressive.
The owners are very pleasant and responsive. I bump into friends, who frequent PNC and love them. Clearly they are not on Unilocal.
I don’t understand the frustration of paying $ 10 for getting a button sewn on. This would require cutting the fabric and applying a buttonhole stitch as well. This isn’t easy to do yourself, without the proper equipment and training. There is a YouTube video of a professional doing a proper buttonhole stitch which is like an embroidery stitch, and the video is almost 9 minutes. Seems fair.

I’ve been a customer of PNC for several years. They do a great job. They are quick, friendly and take great care of their customer’s clothing. They truly appreciate their customers and know many of them by name. They are very honest too. I accidentally left $ 50 in one of my suits. I didn’t realize it until I picked up my clothes and they had it waiting in an envelope. Highly recommended.

I brought in a shirt to get an extra button hole put in because I have a long torso. The lady questioned me and like I didnt know what i was talking about. Then, I went to pick it up and they had charged me $ 10.70 for what probably took them less than five minutes to do!
