I also gave this place a 5 to get the attention of those worried about getting an MRI. This MRI isn’t like the closed kind where you feel like you’re being shoved down the barrel of a cannon. .This one is open so you can look around and see in every direction. It was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep. So if you need an MRI, don’t put it off thinking its claustrophobic because it is not. Its actually quite comfortable.

This MRI location has been the best part of my month-​long quest to treat and correct a foot injury. It is the only thing that’s been reasonably priced ($ 327 as negotiated by my insurance, $ 980-​ish normally) so that my 20% was only $ 65. Scheduling was not the fastest– I had to wait 3 business days but I don’t know if any other place would have been faster. The staff were helpful and kind and as strange as it sounds, I really appreciated the happiness they seemed to take in their work. While they had given me an estimate of 24 – 48 hours on the report, my doctor was able to get it in about 18 hours. I would not hesitate to return should unfortunate circumstances repeat themselves.

Horrible customer service. Canceled my appointment after I waited an hour because they were running behind schedule. Completely unprofessional. Find a different location.

This is the nicest place that I hope I never need again! I’ve had 5 MRI’s in my life and I hope I never need one again, but if I do I am going to ask if it can be done here. The people are nice and efficient, but the whole OPEN MRI concept is so much more comfortable than the old shove you down a long dark tube and leave you in there for an hour. I am somewhat claustrophobic so this was so much easier to deal with.
The dealt with my insurance with no problems and the facilities are well kept including the dressing rooms and places to store your valuables.
