Stopped at this location on the way to downtown Columbus. Ordered shrimp po boy and wife got a 3 piece dark. Food was fantastic. So much shrimp I had to eat some on the side as could not get it all on bun. Not even close. Chicken was perfect and tasty. Store was clean and staff was pretty friendly. Went back for dinner on way home!

You seriously cannot go wrong when you can get chicken and sweet iced tea in the same place. I always ask for the Cajun seasoning, which is the secret underground seasoning!

Had a 3 piece spicy chicken dinner with all white meat and Cajun rice. I also had a pumpkin cream cheese pie for dessert. It was great.

The food was fantastic. The chicken was very fresh. Not a fan of the mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff while helpful seemed a bit impersonal. But everyone has bad days. I will definitely go back.

I’ve always loved Popeye’s and really have never found one that disappoints. In the chicken-chain wars, Popeye’s always wins for me. The Livingston Avenue location has consistently provided great service at the drive-thru. They are always welcoming when taking my order and repeat it all back to me to ensure they have the order correct. I have never had an incorrect order — and for a drive-thru, that’s really saying something. My chicken is always well cooked and my side(Mashed Potatoes being my all-time fave!) are always yummy!

It’s funny, I can’t recall anyone else that was giving raisin’ canes a run for their money in the chicken fingers department, but this place could be it. While certainly on livingston and near the ghetto, it’s much better then the other chicken shacks along the same corridor. Cheap good filling fried food. Don’t pretend to be anything you’re not, and you’ll be a successful business.
