Margie M was very welcoming and helpful. I really wasn’t expecting that from a storage facility. The location is great and it’s very secure. I would recommend this to anyone in the downtown Columbus or Grandview area.

I was in between houses and needed a storage unit to hold some furniture for a month, and this place did the trick! You don’t have to sign any long term contracts, you just use them as long as you need them. The customer service was extremely friendly and the lady gave me some good deals :) My first month (with the $ 1 deal) ended up being around $ 40 after all the taxes and fees.
Only annoyance was that you can’t access your unit past 9pm, but I guess that’s probably good for safety.

Don’t bother. In a 10 minute conversation with the call center I could not get them to answer basic pricing questions. I’ll pick someplace else.
