Attentive and friendly service, especially with allergies! My son has several food allergies including nuts and raw dairy and both the manager and the waiter went out of their way to accommodate his needs with smiles on their faces. They interacted with the kids and made them smile. When we told them we were celebrating good grades, the manager did everything he could to make their meal special. Overhearing the employees interact, it was obvious that they are happy to work there and it showed with their genuine good service. Service like this is hard to come by and our family really appreciated it!

Service was really good. Kameli was out server and went out of her way to be acommidating. Salad bar was so high as far as the cooler goes that you had to bend down to see what you were putting on your plate. Other than that I would go again

The post about the tip not being right on one of the reviews is actually correct. If you look closely you’ll see they had a coupon. If you have worked in a restaurant you’d know that the computer calculates gratuity before the discounted sub total. They do have a very good staff and if something isn’t to your liking they are sure to fix it, just ask.

Food was good, and we had an incredible waitress. I do mean incredible. Our wait time wasn’t long at all, service was prompt, and food was not cold. I normally do the salad bar with a side anyway, but tonight I had the salmon with my salad. I can say that I have rarely had a disappointing experience at RT, and I have not had disappointing experience at this location.

Awesome establishment. All of the staff members are extremely friendly and professional. Ive been coming to this location for over a year and the food gets better everytime. This place is less of a restaurant and more of a second home. The bartender erica is my favorite. A must visit here in Columbus. Two thumbs up!

If there were ZERO stars this I what I would rate this establishment. The worst service and food imaginable. Very disappointed in the entire experience. Hostess was ok but the server never wrote down any of our orders. My husband NEVER received the beer he ordered, my daughters chicken strip kids meal was so fatty she refused to eat any of it where my hickory bourbon glazed chicken was so spicy I could not even eat it. This brilliant server instead of offering to take it back and redo it offered me a side of BBQ sauce to dip it in. I ordered the grilled zucchini and ended up with the green beans instead. The mashed potatoes were so thick they had to be chewed. No refills on any of the drinks and when we later called to speak to the manager he acted like he didn’t care either. At 4:30 in the afternoon and only 2 other couples but us in there one would think GREAT service well not so much. I have never been so angry about such an experience and dealt with so many incompetent people in one place. This restaurant needs a lot of work and many changes but for starters making someone wait over 30 minutes for a meal with hardly anyone in there is uncalled for. Kids meal was out 15 minutes before the other three hit the table and no one ever asked us if we were enjoying our food but spent there time in the bar area on cell phones(our server Stephanie) or talking amongst each other. Bad service cold food. I must say my FAVORITE restaurant is Ruby Tuesday. However this location is THEWORST one I had ever been to. First off the server kept asking me if I was with the couple across from us(I can only assume it was because we were both the same race and I am young looking while they were in their 40s or 50s.) after repeatedly telling her I don’t know them she finally took my order. While we were waiting for our meal she brought the bread out to the guests across from us(the ones that she thought I had come in with.) I looked around and saw every table with complementary biscuits except us. When she FINALLY came back to the table I asked her for the bread and she did bring it out as well as our meal. I had ribs, my son had shrimp. To great disappointment it was all COLD! The host came and asked us how the food was, not even my server! I was afraid to have it sent back to the kitchen by this point. No offer of ketchup for my sons fries. No offer for a refill on our drinks… smh! THEWORSTPART! The receipt has the«tip calculations for your convenience» ALLWRONG! Do the math yourself people!!! Bill was 33.88, said 15% was 6.21…last time I check 15% of 33.88 is 5.08 not 6.21! VERYDISAPPOINTED!

The service was so slow and nit because it was busy. There had to be 5 families in the entire restaurant. I lost my appetite by the time they brought our food. The food was absolutely awful. Too salty, and too much sugar. I would not come back here.

I had been to this RT location a few times before and it was ok, but that was a few years ago. Went again last night and it was pretty awful. The food was just kind of blah, and the service wasn’t impressive. Got the salad bar and it just didn’t taste very good, which was weird. Then, as I was finishing my shrimp appetizer, I found a dead fly buried in it. I thought I might hurl. I mean, I came really close to eating it. I used to like Ruby Tuesday, and maybe it’s just the one in Columbus that isn’t good, but I have lost all desire to ever return to this location or any other. You have been warned.

So I just ate at this Ruby Tuesday earlier and was extremely disappointed… We were seated quickly and the hostess was wonderful. Problem was after we were seated we waited about 10 minutes before our server came over to take our order. We then waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks, appetizers and bread were already out and the hostess ended up getting our drinks. The manager, if you could call him that completely ignored our table and just kept walking by and greeting other tables. The food was good but our wait times for everything and watching a worthless manager walk around and not assist his obviously struggling wait staff made this an extremely horrible meal experience.

So I constantly see commercials for Ruby Tuesdays in So Cal but we don’t actually have a damn Ruby Tuesdays in So Cal… Imagine my peeked curiosity when I saw a Ruby Tuesdays in Columbus GA, The place has great service, it was very clean, and they offer a 10% off Military discount and the food was pretty good I would liken it to a BJ’s or a higher class Chili’s. I had the jambalaya it was a tad salty but still very yummy my cousin had the chicken salad which was one of my favorite things here and my aunt had the appetizer sampler which was basic fried stuff. The cheddar biscuits they bring to the table are pretty good they kind of reminded me of the ones you get from red lobster… Be aware if you’re not from the south and ask for iced tea it will be super sugary freakin sweet you have to specify unsweet, we also got a red velvet cupcake that was the pinnacle of sweetness… This is a place i’d come to if there was one close so give it a try

Good food, polite staff, reasonable prices. The only thing I would change is the lighting — it’s much too bright. No atmosphere. The very best thing about this particular Ruby Tuesdays is the honest people who work there. I left my phone and didn’t realize it until they had closed. My boyfriend called them and ask if anyone found it and they said yes. When I went to pick it up, the manager came out and asked me what it looked like and what brand of phone it was. I was very impressed by the level of integrity. They weren’t just going to give it to anyone, and I’m so thankful(the phone was very expensive). A+

Upon walking in, there was an unclean fragrance to the likes of dirty/sticky mop-water. The host sat us directly next to the only other patrons in the section rather than allowing privacy space. On the plus side, they serve Coke Zero and our server(Danielle) was really kind! I ordered the Chicken Bella with Zucchini; they didn’t drain the water too well because everything was saturated. The salad bar had a bad presentation(tomatoes sliced with heels, wilted lettuce). My wife’s Salmon Florintine was cooked perfect & well seasoned. The creamed cauliflower was quite tasty, but seemed to be missing something(perhaps a rosette of carrott purée garnish). Chef/Manager(Dave) visited with us & explained a brief history of the menu which was nice. This particular restaurant wasn’t very crowded, though other restaurants in the area had a 10 – 20 minute wait. We’ll be back to Ruby Tuesday’s and hopefully they’ll have stepped-up their performance.

The staff is very good here and their food is as expected for any Ruby Tuesdays. So if you like Ruby’s I’d recommend this location. One thing that was a slight disappointment was that the salad bar had skimped on a few toppings I like such as blue cheese crumbles, but maybe that’s the case at all locations.

Took my son this past weekend. No wait to get in, staff was courteous and responsive, especially with a two year old. He had macaroni and cheese with broccoli and he ate it all. I had a steak and my son helped eat it as it was good.

I went to this Ruby Tuesday for lunch. I ordered the Ruby Mini Burgers with fries and the salad bar. Unfortunately, the best thing on my plate this visit was the fries. Kind of expecting something like a slider with my burger«minis». I was highly disappointed. I received two burgers(about the size of a sonic jr burger). It has a sliver of cheese that would have fit perfect on a slider, but was dwarfed by the burger size, making me feel like there just wasn’t enough cheese. It also came with one pickle. This burger could have fit 4 pickles. Instead, just one. It made me feel like I was being skimped on the condiments that came with my meal and made the burger seem very plain and not so appetizing. I was very disappointed. The salad bar was okay. My only other disappointment is the cheesy garlic biscuits they serve. It you have ever been to Red Lobster, you have had a cheddar bay biscuit… where it all got started. Their biscuits do not compare at all. There is a sweet taste to them that is not very complimentary to the garlic and butter.
