Good food and good service. I went with my family and some Assistant manager was walking around greeting people. As well as asking if they needed refills, napkins, ketchup, or anything. Was surprised to receive this attention in Wendy’s when other types of restaurants one gets forgotten. Baconator was very good and it was assembled nicely. Fries were great love their sea salt fries.

Servers that don’t have any work ethic. They act like the customer is disturbing their personal time. Dirty dinning room. No condiments, napkins, or utensils. Burgers were greasy and the fries were cold. We should have went to Red Robin across the street.

Typical Wendy’s food, typical fast-food presentation. Nothing will ever look like it does in advertisements, but this is one of the worse. Service was terrible, the cashier was borderline rude except she didn’t pay much mind to anyone but the coworker(seemingly manager) and the drama they chose to discuss regarding each other’s significant other(«baby-daddy» to be specific). If they just kept their personal business to themselves, or at least not speak about it in front of customers, they’d be fine. Their ghetto conduct will keep me away.

Food: your typical Wendy’s fare, no surprises here. Service: A joke. We went close to midnight after seeing a movie over at Carmike Cinemas, and ordered small meals for our group of five at the drive-thru. Everything went well until I specified that I wanted honey mustard to go with my chicken nuggets. I got barbecue sauce the first time. Back to the drive-thru we went(there was only one other person in line) to get the honey mustard. We only asked for one thing, the mustard, and the cashier specifically said«honey mustard» out loud, and handed us a thing of what we expected was honey mustard. Two minutes later, as I’m about to open the package after getting all settled, I see that it reads RANCH dressing. Now, the girl could’ve been tired or something… but really? How do you mess that up after repeating our order the second time? I’m not a disgruntled customer by any means, because upon seeing that it was ranch dressing I insisted on NOT going back and bothering that girl again. And the ranch dressing turned out to be good. I just find it funny how you can get something as simple as a condiment request wrong twice after repeating it to yourself out loud. Other than that, the girl was nice and the food was good.
