Went here fir something sweet. Parked sat at speaker after pressing button v for nearly 10 mins before someone respond and the response was what was that… odd. So we gave ordered and waited another 5 mins at least for her to respond, call back order give total… something. Nothing… worst service ever! I gave two stars because we drove around to drive thru got order and it was good.

Don’t eat or get a drink here. The lady at the drive thru is fixing drinks and putting the lime and cherries in you drink bare handed while also taking your money and everyone else’s at the window. Not sanitary at all. Wrote to management and no one will respond. I guess that is how they do business. Had to give one star to post but they don’t even get that.

We went to get some milkshakes and blasts for happy hour. We had waited 20 minutes in the line and when we approached the speaker she told us that the ice cream machine was broken and they could not do blasts, but they could make shakes. Needless to say, they should NOT be making shakes without ice cream either. They literally tasted like milk with some flavoring and they were the same texture as milk. Yuck!

I would give this a better review if we hadn’t just waited in 100 degree heat for almost half an hour for two milkshakes. The shakes were good — but not worth the wait.

Very slow. Waited on two hotdogs for 20 minutes. And there wasn’t many people there. After eating the hotdog my stomach was in pain. Don’t know if it was from not eating fast food for a while or because there was something wrong with that hotdog.

Service was great and the deserts we got were in line with the price. you can tell they use chocolate syrup instead of chocolate ice cream. Both servers we got were real nice and helpful. Would have been better if the credit card machine was down.

I had tried their milkshakes and other ice cream treats and each time find them to be flavorless. The «chocolate» is nothing more than vanilla with some chocolate syrup. Triple chocolate was such a joke.

Second time that the family went here and ordered drinks. Over loaded with ice and what drink was there was over carbonated. When I dumped out the ice stuck at the bottom of the cup was all the flavoring and half a unsqueezed lime. Guess it’s too hard for a franchise that markets their drinks on a daily basis to get it right.
