We were dealing with an extremely rude employee in the furniture section, but then this lovely manager approached us and was SO helpful! We were eyeing a couch and he said he was going to mark the price down the next day, but that he would do it now, just for us. He didn’t have to tell us that it would be cheaper. It was very honorable. The delivery was very quick, only a few days, and it came with a 5 year warranty. Great deal, great staff member!

Turn around! Run! TERRIBLE customer service. Do NOT deal with Sandy(male who works on the floor) and do NOT deal with the delivery kids. Kept saying he’d ‘cut us a deal since you’re military’ blah blah blah got to the register, got the manager up to the register and said ‘i need your code, i’m giving them a discount’ manager pretended to type in his information… after, when the receipt was handed to me, there were NO discounts, as promised. It was supposed to be between $ 150-$ 200 in savings, but nothing. It was SERIOUSLY just for show to bring the manager up, wtf? Who does that? Who freaking does that? Also, my husband is very gullible, I however, do not deal with BS… which I feel Sandy caught onto right as we walked in. He IGNORED me the WHOLETIME we were there and only spoke to my husband. He honestly didn’t even LOOK at me. When he’d half-ass answer my question, he’d be looking away from me. Who does that??? THEN! We were supposed to get our appliance delivered. Sandy said they’d call between 6−9pm Sunday to make an appointment, the manager, standing right behind him, said we lived very close, so we’d be the first drop off of the day, so expect them to be there between 8am-8:30am. Awesome. Sunday came, no phone call. Okay, I assume they’ll just be here between 8 – 830 like the manager said… oh, and sandy also said they’d call 40 minutes before they come, to make sure we’re home and ready for them…7 am…720am …730am …750am…900am…nothing. Not one phone call. Not one person came to the door. Waited til 10am, alright, that’s enough BS for me. If the customer service is THIS bad, the appliances I assume will be as crappy. We go to return it, Sandy goes right up to my husband«oh you’re back, why?» «oh, we’re just going to return our item» «I’m not even going to ask why» and he walked away and started talking to another employee. Yeah, great customer service. The manager comes up and I tell him why we’re returning and he’s shocked(different manager than the ‘discount’ one). He seemed like a nice guy. He calls this 12 year old kid from the back, who I assume is in charge of deliveries… apparently our item is in the truck and they scheduled for it to be delivered that same day but between 2 – 5, so we can’t return anything until our items are back in that store. The 12 year old gets on the phone and calls the driver«I think they want to return the item… idk I’ll call you back». The manager says we need to come back in order to get our money back before they close, between 8 – 9. I said«that’s fine, just as long as you’re open» in a normal voice, cause a lot of places close at 9, i just wanted to be sure. 12 year old rolls his eyes«yeah, we’re open til 10″ in a jerk voice. I don’t work here, I don’t know your hours. Jeez. So 12 year old says ‘they’ll be there between 2 – 5, when they get to your door just tell them you don’t want it anymore» what? You said you’d call him back… why don’t YOU do it so they don’t waste their time coming to my home when they could go drop off other appliances to other people? So 40 minutes before 2 come and go… no phone call(surprise, surprise) and 5 comes and goes. I guess I should just assume youngin’ canceled the order, and never called us to tell us we don’t have to wait for them anymore. They don’t know how to use phones over there, I guess. tl;dr — don’t shop here. Bad customer service = bad appliances. Workers don’t know how to use a phone. GOTOBESTBUY!
