We’re regulars there. But sometimes they seemed overwhelmed. The real big huge tall guy, I don’t know if he still works there, but he seems pissed all the time. No need to fear him. Although, everyone else seems nice. Clean. Fresh. Not stingy with their stuff. They get the job done. I think these guys are better than the other subways in Columbus.

El Paso, TX
This is one of the cleanest Subways I’ve visited. They seem to maintain the place well, obviously take pride in their jobs. I found some issues (tea dripping onto floor = safety problem/​lawsuit) but employees addressed the problem and cleaned the entire beverage bar. The «sandwich artist“s are always friendly and can explain the menu well. They can adjust well to changes and maintain professional. Granted, a Subway is a Subway, it’s the employees that bring me to this store instead of any other in the area. If other Subways emulated this store, they’d make a lot more money.

Nice inside, and same level of food as any subway. The service is not good most of the time and seems poorly managed.
