Taco Bell

Went to this location today and i have never in my life seen such terrible service and rude employees. We went through the drive thru and my wife ordered at least 4 times and every time Ms. Brenda J got it completely wrong. When i tried to fix the order from the passenger seat in a slow and loud enough to hear manner she brought all the taco bell Ghetto out and told me how i didn’t have to yell and I’m sure there was a lot of neck movement going on as well. So after her long rant about how rude i was my order was completely wrong when they gave it to us and was still missing items that i wasn’t even charged for but i know she read them back to me. Bottom line is she needs to find herself in the unemployment line or working in a warehouse somewhere. After looking in the window when we got our food i immediately lost all interest in talking to the manager because they all looked equally as dumb and rude. Good thing they want $ 15 an hour cause they sure are trying to earn it.

How can you not love this Taco Bell?! The food is cheap, tastes great, it’s ALWAYS open, and they have a drive thru.
Right off veterans, easy to get in and out of this location.
They always offer sauce packets and are friendly. Never a long wait and they get you in and out quickly.
Yes, it’s not 5 star gourmet authentic Mexican cuisine– but you’re paying 99 cents per taco– what did you expect? C’mon people– this place is great!!!

Same as all the others, except the employees are inept, the manager feels bothered when you inquire about extra charges, and the food is over-​cooked (probably sitting under heat-​lamps for hours). Their prices have gone up, but they failed to teach their employees about how much & why (the prices on the menu were not updated, so the price charged was more than should be). When I asked to speak to the manager about it, the manager rolled her eyes & sighed when I inquired about when these changes took place, why the menu didn’t reflect the changes, and why the employees didn’t even know about the price change! She had a complete attitude like I was inconveniencing her! And I’m not the only one she treats like crap, so most of us just avoid that restaurant, until they oust the rude manager.
