I love the expert care I receive from Erin at Saturday’s. I never feel rushed and feel like she really cares. That is a rare quality in this day and age. It’s greatly appreciated and I currently live 40 minutes away but will gladly drive that to have Erin take care of me.

I’ve been to other locations and unfortunately I wasn’t given good customer service. Everything from just buying products to getting my hair chopped/messed up. So I’ve been reluctant to come back after a few years. This time around was very refreshing and I got wonderful customer service. Great conversation, great hair cut and useful information about taking better care of my hair.(In no way putting me down.) What I also learned is that if you buy a product and it doesn’t work out, you can bring it back. As long as it’s within the time on the receipt.(No one ever shared that with me.) But I was very satisfied that they were concerned if I liked what I bought or not, regardless if they got a return.

I’ve gone to Saturday’s for about 10 years and have ALWAYS been treated well. A customer must realize the stylists have their own troubles to carry, and can’t always be the the therapist a customer wants them to be. Long hours on their feet daily would take a toll on anyone. Give them a break and if you don’t like the service, tell them as some customers want something that isn’t described well enough. I have a relative who hasn’t been pleased with any of her hairdressers for 25 years ! Some people can’t be pleased, But the stylists do their best.

I have gone to this Saturday’s to get my hair cut for a while now and for the most part, they do a good job. I am not a fan of paying an arm and a leg or traveling across town for a haircut so I often settle for the occasional semi-decent haircut. That being said, I went in to Saturday’s today to get a cut by a lady named Christina I think(blonde, master stylist, middle aged lady), and she was very obviously upset about something. I told her that I wanted a 2 guard on the sides with finger length and texture on the top. She repeated«finger length and texture on the top» sarcastically back to me like four times and then grabbed some scissors, put them back in the drawer and said she’d cut herself with those and grabbed a different pair and said she’d have to do this the«old fashion way… the fun way»(very sarcastic). I felt like I had asked her to spin straw into gold. About halfway through the cut she asked«if that felt better?» not realizing she was talking to me because the question was completely out of context, I just said«uh huh» and she mockingly made a doofy face and said«uh huh» like a five year old. She hurried through my haircut briskly snipping as if I had pist her off. She barely took anything off, and made it painfully obvious that she would rather be punched in the face than cut my hair, not to mention be courteous, friendly or communicative. Needless to say she didn’t offer a shampoo or a rinse, and griped at her co-worker about change in the register. Ugh, I don’t ever want to go back there just because of her. It’s sad, there are hardly customers there anyway and now they lost me.
