To describe the staff, just about every time I go in there, they are unprofessional. No one looks happy to be there and you aren’t greeted by anyone. All employees seem like they are in their own world, doing their own thing. One thing I hate is seeing an employee that looks like they hate their job. Even when trying to joke with them I get a blank expression. I always go to this location in the evening so maybe it’s just the night staff .
On time while here with my boyfriend, there was one light on indicating one lane open. We got in the lane first then others got in line behind us, three other families. Everyone was complaining. There was no cashier. Next to the other lane there was a young black girl. I ask her how much the the bags are. And she cuts me off saying she’ll be over in a minute. I try to ask her again and she cuts me off again. I have a pretty short temper so I was pretty pissed. She checks us out and asks how many bags I want. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the great prices obviously. If you want good customer service, you won’t find it here.
