This is a really decent subway I have not had any problems with the employees. They are very friendly and willing to help you. I always get the flatbread egg white and cheese it is the best lol. The only thing I dislike is that they don’t have any unsweetened tea. And this time their sweet tea was nasty. But I like this subway compared to anymore up north like Morse rd and 161.

The lady tonight had zero customer service skills, and even less personality. Then before cutting one of our sandwiches, she wiped the knife on a metal plate near the cutting board. It was pretty gross. We won’t come back to this location. We never have this bad service from the Indians that run the Cleveland Ave location. Avoid this location.

I haven’t been in a Subway for many years so after hearing all the ads for them I decided to try them out again. I ordered the Italian BMT(whatever that means) with extra tomato and extra pickle and honey mustard dressing. The sandwich wasn’t too bad but the bun seemed a little stale, although I don’t know how it could have been since they bake them often during the day. The price was okay too, $ 4.50, for a half. That’s plenty big for me. As for their combos, I didn’t see any that really turned me on.

This is Subway No. 48 in Columbus, according to Unilocal.Subway has more locations than any restaurant apart from McDonald’s. Clearly not in need of a review. Indulge me. For the last decade or so, I’ve had a pretty firm boycott against Subway, on principle alone. I hated the fact that, when someone at work said, «Hey, let’s go get subs,» the fact that they were thinking Subway went without saying. Never mind that there are a million better choices, including Jersey Mike’s, Penn Station, even Quizno’s. I mean, Jersey Mike’s actually slices the fresh meat right onto your sandwich(vs. Subway, which has pre-sliced patties of lunchmeat stuck to a little piece of paper). And Penn Station makes fresh fries(vs. Subway’s rack of Sun Chips). Unfortunately, Subway is the closest restaurant to my house, and I’m becoming increasingly lazy the older I get. So I broke my boycott last year, and discovered a new favorite at Subway: the buffalo chicken on flatbread. So tasty. I guess what I’m saying is, if there were a Subway and a Penn Station side by side, I wouldn’t be caught dead at Subway… but I’m glad it’s there when I need it. Also of note is the ridiculously cool staff at this store. There’s a fine line between easy-going and incompetent, but these guys manage to be friendly and easy to talk to while still alert, efficient and competent. Good job, guys.
