Okay… I love Jimmy Johns but this place never gives fresh bread for the veggie sub, lousy veggies and this has happen two times… there’s more bread than anything, at least give us extra mayo! I just wish they would give a fair amount of serving for the veggies, please.

We aren’t local and went to JJ’s after finding it on Unilocal.Great sandwiches all around. We all had something different and we all walked out stuffed and satisfied. Will def go here again if we are in the area.

When AIR would order in food for the employees on weekend overtime, this was a staple. A terrific sandwich selection and well worth the money. They handle HUGE group orders well, and will write names on each sandwich/salad wrapping if you ask. My only complaint is that some sandwiches only come on some types of bread. I wish you could choose between a sub bun or the bread.

I used to eat Jimmy John’s so much when I would be in the OSU area. Nowadays, they’re all over the place. If you don’t know, they have online ordering for pickup and delivery. Delivery charges extra per item which can get expensive if you order a lot. On to the food, we tried online pickup twice and it was perfect both times. They had the food exact to order and on time. Think of them as Subway with a lot more meat on the sandwiches and something you would make homemade. My favorite sandwich is #11 Country Club ® which includes turkey and ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I got it with onion and an oatmeal raisin cookie. They were both very savoring and tasty. The cookie was huge!

Great service, courteous employees, fantastic food, comparable prices. All good! I go here several times for lunch at work. The drive thru is always fast. My sandwich is always hot and I never have had a poor experience. If your in the area and looking for a place to get a great lunch, def. swing by Jimmy Johns!

Living very near this place has been a godsend. We’ve all had subs before and most of us have had JJ’s. The staff here is what sets this place apart. ALWAYS friendly and always delivers a quality products. One of these day I will order something else besides the #10. One day.

The opening of a new chain restaurant would be protested in some of Columbus’ cooler neighborhoods, but here in the Northland area, it’s something to celebrate. The former Northland Mall area is actually having a sort of renaissance in that area, with Tim Horton’s, Chipotle, Little Caesar’s, and now Jimmy John’s opening in the past couple of years.(And Wingstop coming soon.) I gave Jimmy John’s one chance many years ago and wasn’t pleased to receive what was basically a lettuce and mayo sandwich. But the Northland Jimmy John’s has been pretty excellent in three trips so far. Each time I ordered online, and each time my food has been ready when I got there, despite the 3-minute drive time. The meat is good(they actually slice it in-house, unlike you-know-who), as are the bread and toppings. Two big complaints. The first is they don’t have a toaster. This is fine in many cases, but I love BLTs, and they just don’t taste right on non-toasted bread. Second complaint: no pickles. How can you eat a deli sandwich without pickles? Sure, they have the option to buy a whole pickle, but that’s just not the same. Plus, said pickle ALONE has twice the daily recommended allowance of sodium. The hot cherry peppers go a little ways toward alleviating my sadness over the lack of pickles, but how much better would a sub be with both pickles and peppers?(Answer: a lot.) So on the hierarchy of chain sub places, Jimmy John’s lands squarely in the middle — below champions Penn Station and Jersey Mike’s, in the vicinity of Quizno’s, and miles above the inexplicably popular Subway. Glad to have them in the Northland area.

This restaurant just opened up right down the street from me and I’ll probably be giving the a good bit of business. It’s nor the best sub shop in town but it’s pretty good. I went over today for the #5 Vito. That’s usually my favorite. Welcome to Northland!
