I am beyond frustrated with this place. After trying to call in 4 times they finally answered the phone on my 5th call over a period of a couple of hours. They said they were busy and do not make answering the phone a priority. I had a large company order to pick up the next morning. When I arrived the next day they did not have a receipt(which they eventually found and I was thankful for since it was a company expense). Horrible customer service and eye rolling when I said I had to have it. When I arrived at work to get everything set up I noticed EVERY donut with icing was stuck to the top of the boxes or all squished together in a corner in a ball. Will not be going back — and we do these functions every month. Dunkin here I come!

This Tim Hortons off of Morse Rd, by Menards, is by far the Tim Hortons Bake Shop and Café with the friendliest staff, cleanest store, and fastest service I’ve been to in Columbus for awhile. The store is convenient to shopping and grocery locations, which makes it a strong coffee house selection. Katrice, the manager of the Northland store is always polite, personable, and provides wonderful service. She trains her staff to be just as responsible and polite. When making the new prize confection, the frozen hot chocolate, the chocolate protrudes above the rim of the cup. When we pointed out that the Morse Rd store was the only one we found that does that, Katrice told us that she was surprised and that all the stores are supposed to do that. There are three new frozen desserts for the summer; a frozen strawberry, vanilla and of course, the standard for frozen drinks, the frozen hot chocolate. Thanks to her, I discovered Tim Hortons even has a senior discount.(Sigh) But, it was nice that she volunteered that information after pulling up for my usual French vanilla Cappuccino at the drive-thru. Hey! Who knew? I’ve even used Tim Hortons app and my order was ready when I arrived. Very cool way to order if in a hurry.

Nothing spectacular. Average coffee shop, not the best Timmy’s I’ve been to, but not the worst. They’ve gotten my order wrong a few times, and the sweet tea has been less then average a few times. But overall… Not a bad place if you’re in the area and want a quick bite.

DISGUSTING! Need a donut? Don’t stop here. Walked in and saw worker sweeping the floor. Then she took the filthy broom and used it to sweep out the bottom shelf display where the donust were. Some donut crumbs had fallen from above racks where the donuts were. Seriously? Are you kidding me? PUKE!

Not so new store now since it has been open for 2 years, 3 months. I stopped in to get an iced coffee at the drive thru and saw that the menu list stated the new Dark coffee and it is available in decaf. The order taker said that they don’t have ‘dark’ in decaf. So I asked for regular iced coffee. Then I was told they don’t have ice! How does a restaurant not have ice? So I ordered a small coffee with cream. The person asked if I would like anything else, I said no, you may not have it. I got to the window, I asked how it was their menu said they have an item, but it is not something you carry. She couldn’t give a plausible answer, such as this store doesn’t carry… I asked for a comment card. The window was shut in my face! The manager(?) came to the window. He asked how he could help me. I asked for a comment card. he said he could give me a post it note and I could write my comment on it and he would leave it for the manager. I have worked restaurant. If I got a bad review I never would have left it with my boss! Then I saw on their DT window. I asked for my receipt for the location information and made my comments to them.

This store is new, so the décor is beautiful, but the tables are frequently dirty, and sugar stand is not watched for refilling. We visit frequently on Sunday mornings, after church, but not after today. We had a problem getting our paninis(somehow our order was ignored/not put in line). When we inquired about our order, the manager Ermez(sp?) was very rude, as though the problem with our order was us. Instead of apologizing and getting our order right away(we waited 15 minutes for two paninis– in addition to a 15 minute wait for the order to go in and receive our coffees), he argued with my husband about how busy he was. Not my husband’s problem. Then when we inquired about a way to talk to the owner/manager, we were given the number to the store. We won’t be back. And I understand a McDonalds is going in nearby. Can’t wait. Retraining needs desperately to be done here.

This is a relatively new business that’s right on Morse Road in front of Menards. They serve coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. It’s very small inside but since most of their business is take-out that’s not a problem. I stopped this morning to get a hot chocolate and a donut. The donut was smallish and on the stale side and the hot chocolate was a little too sweet. I guess if you need a fix it’s good but…
