Steak ‘n Shake

Passing through and stopped bye. The food and milkshake was good and out quick. Donovan was great! He checked on us and made sure we were taken care off. Very pleased.

Same as the other steak and shakes as far as food.
Picked up a double combo for my daughter. The drive through was about 5 cars deep on a Friday night. Surprisingly the wait was only about 15 minutes.
Staff was polite.

Best shake ever. Had the most amazing waitress ever. Her name was Alexis and her performance was just great as the shake. I will be back for the shakes and I hope to get her again as my waitress.

After less-​than-​stellar experiences at the Easton location, we tried this one for late-​night carryout. It was… better, but not amazing.
The inside was quiet at 1am, but the drive-​through was packed, and the wait was loooong. Even for Steak and Shake, it took forever; the counter guy was griping about how long things were taking, so I don’t know exactly what the issue was. I got a guacamole burger, which was good for what it is: a thin patty, decent bun, good guac. Sided with cajun-​seasoned fries, it was a nice small meal. Sweetie had regular fries with a side of cheese, and a bacon cheeseburger. All in all, the food was good, the service, while friendly, was not great. I’ll give them another chance, but right now I’m wavering between two and three stars.

I come here on a regular basis, since I live in the neighborhood. The food is always fresh and hot, and the servers are very sweet. Their burgers and shakes are my favorite! And I always feel like I get great value and quality for my money.

Had a craving for some matchstick French fries as I’ve been running around like crazy shopping for groceries since I just came home from vacation. Yup as usual the wait in drive through takes forever but I like to chalk it up to they are cooking fresh burgers do I chill myself. I ordered a single cheeseburger and fries. Nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either they were both good and satisfied my fast food urge. I do love those little matchstick fries and my burger was tasty. It’s not a place I go to very much but today it satisfied me in a way Snickers could not!

i am so disappointed to write this review because just a year ago i was raving how great the food was here but this time im sad to say the food wasnt good at all. my fiancé’s sausage gravy and biscuit was so dry and over done. The syrup they gave us for my panwich and his pancake had been reheated and there was a thin layer on top of it that you had to pop just to get the syrup to come out (not appealing). Even the butter was cold, nearly frozen. Just wasnt happy this time.

this place sucks. they slather on ketchup and mustard.

We went in here kind of late at night for my husband’s birthday — both of us have health issues & financial issues that have severely limited our eating out, but my husband wanted a treat, and for some reason, decided that he really really wanted a Steak & Shake Milkshake.
We came in around 8 – 9 pm; the place was clean, the service prompt (we were the only folks in the place, at that point), and the waitress (Tricia, I think) was friendly… and after I told her it was husband’s birthday, that friendliness got even friendlier & down-​right enthusiastic, recommending her favorite items on the menu. We had basic cheeseburgers & fries with strawberry milkshakes, and they were well-​made & tasty, the fries right from the fryer & hot.
Let’s put it this way: this is a good, solid example of what a Steak & Shake SHOULD be. It’s not gourmet, don’t go in expecting an OMG!!! burger, but when you just want a well-​made burger & fries & shake, oh, yeah, this is a great place to go.
Of course, my messed-​up digestive system very very loudly let me know that burgers/​fries are NOT on my eating list any more, but that’s not S&S’s fault. The shake was worth it. ;)

I just dropped in here today and Intrique was my server. She was amazing, very polite and great customer service skills. Steak ‘n Shake food is pretty standard but this particular location has always cooked everything perfect and never once messed up an order.

Tricia was our greeter, server and the manager who made sure all of our needs were met from the time we entered to the time we left.
I ordered the Guacamole Burger with the new Parmesan Herb fries, sides of cole slaw and chili and a Heath milk shake.
The fries were fresh, hot, crispy, and delicious and had sort of an Italian seasoning taste. They were devoured first without catsup or any extra seasoning. I barely gave my wife, who had ordered regular fries with her meal, a small taste of my fries.
Next, I attacked the cole slaw which proved to be creamy and wonderful to my pallet, but too much horse radish for my wife.
The chili, composed of red kidney beans and sauce was quite mild and lacked meat to my taste, but some like meatless chili.
The Guacamole Burger was moist and juicy, prepared to medium well temperature, as requested, and homemade guacamole pied high on the sandwich.
On to the Heath milk shake. By this time, I only got a few sips of my favorite flavor candy bar made into a milk shake before I had to call Tricia over to ask her for a box for the remainder of my burger and a takeout container for my milkshake.
Our server, Tricia, was attentive to our needs; keeping my wife’s soda glass filled, courteous, friendly, all without being overbearing.

I always enjoy steak and shake, I wish there was one in Western New York. They now have 14 $ 4 meals. The burgers and shakes here are really good, and the service was super fast. They only issue I had was the cold fries, but hopefully that is not the norm. The place was clean and was in a decent location close to other shopping.

Love the jalapeño crunch steak burger!!!

I went over there for dinner tonight and I swear I don’t know what I was thinking about the last time. The hot dogs were greasy, the neon green relish was awful and the french fries were skinny. The only thing worth a damn was the chocolate shake.

Every time we go here there is a problem, and every time the service is trash.
The food isn’t worth it, the prices are out of line, and while friendly the service is snails pace slow and forgetful.
I’ll take waffle house.
