Louie’s Daybreak Diner

I love this place they make you feel like family everybody is so friendly. The food is amazing ive been here about 5 times each time it has not let me down. I heard the burgers are really good. Which i will be trying my next time there. This is a place you been to try.

Went in again for breakfast with my brother and ordered the Bill’s Breakfast Fried Rice. Obviously they had never had the dish before. It’s not microwaved. It would be great if you contacted Bill or daughter Gabby to learn how to make it. This was a dish that always got rave reviews from Columbus bloggers. Service was okay. Still work to be done by owner to make this the great neighborhood spot it once was.

I can’t get enough of the DAYBREAK DINER. It is so close to my house and it is very affordable. Every time I go I think I have a different server, so it is like a gamble every time, but it’s like every time I hit the JACKPOT because they always get it RIGHT. The #27 should be named after me, THE ALMIGHTY BACON CHEESEBURGER OMELETTE! Whoever created this, deserves a HUG! It comes with hash browns and toast, you can’t go wrong. I tend to pour some ketchup on it and it kicks it up another notch. My only complaint with the last time I came here was that it was way too cold in there, if it had not have been for the warm meal I would’ve froze to death, and I am not one to complain about the cold but it was pretty ridiculous. BACON CHEESEBURGER OMELETTE 1−5=5. Hash browns 1−5=4. Toast 1−5=4.

Looking for breakfast in the linden area is a task. This is one of the few restaurants available in the area that is actually open during their posted hours. The décor is OSU themed so that’s always a plus. The service was excellent everyone was very nice and gave good recommendations for what dish we might like. The food was very good, I got the panhandler with pancakes and ham, you can make your own panhandler however you like, and it did not disappoint at all. The pancake was soft and fluffy without being doughy or runny. The ham was a little salty but it is breakfast ham so I’m really not complaining and the hash browns are some of the best I ever had. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because there were flies in the building and that kinda disappointed me a little. I will most certainly be returning 1 because the food is good 2 prices are reasonable and 3 there’s not much other choices around here

Great service at a good price! I will be back. The booths were roomy the variety was good and close to home with no wait.
