Recently purchased a whole house deep cleaning from this company. While my house was clean when they left, it was most definitely not deep cleaned. The service description states that the crew will clean blinds, change bedding, do all «high up» dusting, clean out refrigerator & oven. I have 2 plant ledges in my house that were not cleaned as well as a ceiling fan. When I asked the crew why they weren’t cleaned, he stated that they have «no way to get up that high». It makes me wonder what they consider «high up dusting». The bedding was not changed and they simply wiped the blinds with a cloth by closing the blinds and wiping downward. While this may have removed some of the dust, it certainly didn’t fully clean them. When I clean my blinds, I wipe each slat individually. I also had to re-​clean all of my hard surface floors because when they left they were sticky. For the amount of money this service cost me, I would have expected much more than I received. Attempts to contact them afterward did not receive any response. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone.
